This was exactly what I was hoping it would be. I was never once disappointed with toy except maybe when I lost the red paper which made it look so pretty and the hearts stood out much more. Loved watching the hearts appear on the skin after a good smack!

Use

This is a great paddle for use by beginners to the most advanced of players. It has a great "smack" to it, and the hearts it leaves behind are just a bonus to the feelings received! The handle is great for male or female hands and it is very easy to use.

Design / Craftsmanship / Size / Material / Features

This paddle is made with a real soft leather. The cutouts in the shape of hearts leave behind an imprint of the 3 hearts. There is a red paper insert in the middle of the paddles "flaps" to show the hearts better. After using it for several years that paper might fall out, but does not seem to impact on performance.

It seems to be very well constructed and has lasted many years with many uses. Over time it has gotten a bit "looser" but still works just as well as the day I first got it.

It smells and feels like leather, the handle is a great width for just about any hand size. Doesn't hurt the user to hold for long periods of time.

It can be used for light smacks, or harder ones with the right leverage. Want your partner to call an end? It CAN be done with this impact toy.

Great use for beginners, and the more advanced player in the world of BDSM can also find this a very useful piece in their collection!

Performance

This toy was exactly what I was hoping to get in a first impact toy. It has a good surface area and can pack a punch. Used in a repetitive smack, this toy can have the person that is being paddled crying out.

I have used this toy for many years now and still find it one of my favorites in my collection. I plan on getting even more of the shapes someday too.

I haven't found any other uses for this than what is intended, though I'm sure if you get real creative you could!

Care and Maintenance

This toy is extremely easy to care for. You can wipe it down with a soft damp cloth for cleaning if necessary and for storage I have just kept it in my toy chest with all my other toys. Its size makes it easy to keep hidden from prying eyes, and still keeping it nearby.

This toy just had a tag connected to the handle with a brief description of the toy. No real instructions.

It seems that this toy is one of my favorite to use on others and have used on myself. It's fun and it still does the job.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 2 months after original review

Do I ever still enjoy this paddle! I am getting to the point now that after a couple of years of use, it's time to replace it. I will be replacing it with an exact copy of the one I had. No reason to try something new when I know what I have does the trick! I definitely recommend it for beginners and hardcore BDSM players alike.
