Use it to stimulate the nerves, add sensation, bring a touch of pain to those sexy cheeks, and a splash of color to the bed! The interchangeable top system can add a variety of tips, from narrow ones designed to sting to a broad one that comes with the handle, for a more medium slap sensation. By themselves the handle can't really do much for me, but I can take and just use the small tip for an even smaller one, or just separate the two for easier transportation.

The handle is a rubberized grip, tapering from about a half inch in diameter to slightly smaller at the end of the handle. Its molded in a spiral curve for grip, and textured, so even with a little effort your sweat won't make it slippery and go flying into the neighbor's house. There are two seams on either side but holding it you can't really feel them. The rod is wrapped in a woven fabric. The smart part of the design is the connection to the tip - using a grommet-style connection. Think like how the two parts of a fishing pole connect together - thats what they've used. Its not very hard to attach or remove a flogging tip, but the tip won't go flying or separate during play - it stays where you put it. The rod is definitely strong enough - applying most of my strength (for my flimsy girl noodle-arms) I couldn't get it to bend more than an inch. The tip is sewn onto the attachment-rod, and the business end is two-ply leather stitched together - Its stitched in one single seam all the way around the outer edge, and around the pole. No way this thing is coming apart!

Performs better than I expected - I figured it had some kind of catch and release tip change system, but the system is a breeze. You could probably even make your own tips if you don't like SportsSheets own variety. While being a little bit shorter than I expected, it works perfectly for a VERY lightweight, portable, but definitely fully functional flogger. Since it is on the lightweight side, it gives more of a slapping sensation when used lightly, to a spanking/pop sensation when used more roughly.

They don't really give you much information on this as to how to store - I've taken to taking the two pieces apart and leaving it in my toy box. A case would really be best for this, maybe a smaller instrument case or anything about 14-16" long. The leather tip is definitely to be cleaned if it gets lube or moisture on it, with a damp cloth or leather cleaner/conditioner.

The packaging was very long and narrow, with a wide window showing off the product - very simple, with the Sportssheets logo on it. Not exactly subtle, but I like simplicity.
