I cant hear you!
I gave this 4/5 stars. It is made of good quality leather. Our only problems were the rubber gag ball, and there not being a chin or head strap to help keep it on the user.Published: July 19, 2011

This was our first ball gag. So we were not really looking for something on the hardcore side of BDSM. This gag seems to fit the bill.
The leather seems to be of ok quality. I have not noticed any seems coming apart. There are no cracks in the leather. The leather has the same feel of a cheaper leather belt. One the back side there is what seems to be a felt like lining to protect your skin. It is very smooth and did not cause any kind of irritation to her skin.
We have washed this several times, and have not had any kind of rust or dis-coloration to the metal buckles or rivets. I think that if I were to leave it soaking wet after cleaning, that would be a different story. The ball portion is made of rubber with holes cut out for easy breathing. The ball has a diameter of 1 3/4 inches. My wife had a really hard time keeping this in her mouth for an extended period of time. I believe that a 1 1/2 inch diameter would have worked out much better for us. I would also like to see this with a silicone ball, but for the price we paid the rubber ball was just fine.
We did not notice any bad taste to the ball. It had the slight taste of rubber, but it was not overpowering. You could also slightly smell the leather. I like the smell of leather, and was a little disappointed that the leather smell was not more powerful.
The product page claims the length to be 10 inches. It is more like 20 inches. With the smallest head diameter being about 15 inches. Ours had 7 positions for the buckle, making it just about a one size fits all ball gag.
To clean the ball gag, we just wipe the leather down with a baby wipe and rinse the ball off under some warm water. Pat it dry and let the gag air dry over night before storing it is the drawer. I could not find a way to remove the ball to sanitize it. So this might not be a good toy for you if you are sharing it with others.

Overall this gag has pretty good quality to it. If you are into rougher BDSM play, it might not hold up. But for beginners, it is a good one to start with. Because there are no head or chin strap, it is pretty easy to slip off. Making it not too intimating to the BDSm beginner. My wife knew that she could slip it off if the need arose.

this has not gotten much use. The wife does not like the size of the ball. Makes her jaw sore after wearing it for more then a few minutes. We are looking to get rid of the one and get a silicone ball gag of smaller diameter. This is a great beginner ball gag, and it did its job as just that.

I CAN, but prefer not to. I actually have the one that has an "o" ring that goes in your mouth, so I can breathe through it.

Thanks for including the measurements, especially since the other ones were different from yours. So the silver buttons/snaps by the ball don't unclip to take the ball off? Did you find this made you drool a lot or make a mess? I like how you mentioned the lining on the back to prevent skin irritation. Thanks for the review!
yes, she had some drooling going on, but who wouldnt with a gag ball in their mouth. I could not get the snaps to come undone on mine to take the ball off the leather strap.
