Spandex open-mouth hood - headgear by Pipedream - review by Pegaholics

The Spandex Open-mouthed hood can be used for a whole host of purposes. It can be used to mildly limit the use of the senses by the person wearing it. It limits vision to a blurry black tinted world, sounds is lightly muffled, and the sense of smell is slightly hindered. But, this can not possibly be the intended purpose of this hood as it does not of these things well. It is more likely that this hood is intended for anonymous roleplay or anonymous sexual meetings. Someone looking to roleplay the submissive without having his or her face exposed can do this quite successfully. The hood does prevent your partner from seeing you clearly. So, were someone to have an anonymous sex partner that they want to hide his or her identity from, this mask would possibly fulfill that purpose. It would also be great for making porn if you wanted to hide your face. Your vision from inside the mask is still quite good and would not interfere with seeing what was going on.

The mask is made of black spandex and seems very durable. The stitching is well done and is likely to hold up to being taken on and off many times.
It is intended to fit all users, and it does seem quite stretchy. Only people with very large heads or with lots of big hair would have any trouble fitting this over their head comfortably. Otherwise, it should be considered one size fits all.

We had initially hoped that this hood might reduce the vision of the wearer a little more than it does, but this is clearly not the intention of the mask. But, as for creating the sense of mystery in the bedroom, it works quite nicely. Even though we knew who was wearing the mast, it still adds a sense of fun and mystery when one of us is wearing it. And it was mostly comfortable to wear. It can be worn for an extended period of time comfortably.

According to Eden Fantasy: Spandex can not stand high temperatures so never soak, boil or bleach this material. Wash in tepid water and allow drying in an airy place.
And this hood folds up easily and takes up almost no room on a shelf or in a drawer.

This mask would be great for an anonymous sex party or for making anonymous porn. It does a great job of making the wearer's face unknowable.

The most fun we had with this hood is when I sneaked up on my wife one day when she was in the bedroom and didn't say a word as I grabbed her and threw her down on the bed. She said she loved the way (even though she recognized the rest of my body) it added an element of mystery to the roleplay. We had some great sex thanks to the little touch of mystery added by the mask!
