Impressions paddle love review

The Impressions Love Paddle is an adorable little leather thing that fits comfortably in the hand and can pack quite the wallop, depending upon your swing and the power you put behind it.

It's smaller than I expected; the handle is long and substantial, but the paddle end is not much bigger than a hairbrush. This works well, especially if the butt you are spanking is on the small side. A longer leather paddle might wrap around their cheek a little and make marks on the naughty girl's (or boy's) side, which is not always desirable. But this size is just right, and if you know how to crack it just right, you can make it sting and thud, both at the same time.

I might add that it is not just a paddle; it's more of a slapper as the front and back pieces of leather are not glued together. They create a sandwich around a small sheet of red paper and flap a little when you make contact, which can produce a nice loud slap sound, if you are a particularly aural person.

It's also very lightweight and simple to throw into a suitcase if you are planning any discipline filled vacations in the near future. The soft black cord threaded through a hole in the bottom is a great wrist holder in case you should lose your grip in the heat of the moment. Don’t want that paddle sailing across the room.

Now, one thing I must say is that it is more difficult than you would think to actually make the word LOVE appear on your lover's butt. The skin has to start out milky white, so no warm ups allowed. Then you have to really swing hard and make a big crack on the widest, flattest expanse of the butt.

We tried it on me and only were able to the word O - V - E on one cheek then L - O - V on the other. My guess is that if you are good at tennis, it may be a very short learning curve for you, but if you are a sports klutz, your partner better plan on being bent over for quite awhile as you try to perfect it. This will probably take much practice and determination, which isn't really a bad thing when it comes to spanking, is it?
