Impressions paddle slut - sex toy by Sportsheets - review by Saurou

My sub, Haslin, is a bit of a slut for being hit, so I was thrilled when I learned I’d be reviewing Impressions Paddle Slut by Sportsheets. It arrived promptly in an anonymous box and right away, we were both very pleased. The paddle is a nice weight; not too heavy that you can only hit very hard, or too light that it feels flimsy. The handle is slightly longer than the head of the paddle and very comfortable to hold. It’s split at the end into three sections, and giving it a test slap against my arm, the layering really does create a very intimidating crack—and keep in mind, the sound can be heard through thin walls.

The word SLUT has been cut out backwards into front panel, so when applied, the text will show up as a white imprint. I was nervous how this would feel, but the leather is so soft and smooth that even with these cut outs I wasn’t worried about a cutting or scratching sensation from the edges. The back panel is as soft as the first, but a bit stiffer to really bring out the strength of the hit. Between the two is a slip of heavy red paper to set off the cut out from the back panel, and it really completes the piece visually.

In practice, we both found this product to be wonderful. I started by running the front of the paddle lightly over her bare ass and thighs and that alone got her moaning. The leather is soft enough to feel like satin, and it’s a nice contrast, considering the rest of the toy’s potential. I found the paddle very versatile. I could hit lightly and still get a wonderful slap sound, or work with more pressure. With the split design, I didn’t have to tire out my arm as the second panel does some of the work for me. The smacks warmed and reddened well and mellowed out to a nice sting that wasn’t overwhelming.

As far as the design goes, don’t expect the word to be crystal clear. It is visible, especially on those of us who mark up easily, but you do have to hit a little harder to see it. As my sub said, just psychologically knowing what is being imprinted on her was enough.

We both defiantly give this paddle five stars and perfect for humiliation role play scenes. As a domme, I sometimes feel a need to switch tools midway through a scene in order to achieve a variance of sensation, but I know I could stick with this one paddle with confidence. Haslin absolutely loves the feeling. It usually takes her engine a bit to get revving, but after just the few playful slaps as I was experimenting with the feel of it, she was startled, and happily so, to find herself already wet. This toy is definitely staying the very top of our toy bin.
