Is it Dark in Here, or is it Just Me?

The Purple Fur blindfold by Spartacus is a very well made leather blindfold, with a very soft purple faux fur lining. With a wide elastic band around the back, it stays in place while you're wearing it. It does a great job at blocking out all light. And it should fit anyone comfortably.

Use

The Purple Fur blindfold by Spartacus is very effective at blocking out light, removing the sense of sight, and can be used for sexual play to enhance the other senses to leave your lover guessing at what you'll do next. This will also work well if you need extra darkness to sleep.

Design / Craftsmanship / Material / Size / Fit

This blind fold is well made. The mask is made of quality leather and has purple faux fur sewn onto the underside of it. This fur is very soft and feels great against the face as well as aides in blocking out light. The mask itself is 8 inches long and 3 1/2 inches at the deepest point. The bridge is fairly deep and should fit comfortably around any nose. There is 3/4 inch wide elastic around the back. It is a very good strong elastic and there should be no issues with it twisting or breaking easily.

Performance

This blindfold is very well made and does a great job at blocking out light. Because it is so comfortable it could also be used for those who like to use blindfolds while sleeping. The nice thick elastic does a great job of helping it to stay in place while wearing it.

Experience

I first used this blindfold on my husband who, by the way, is half Italian and half Polish so yeah, he has quite a nose. He found it very comfortable and was not able to see anything I was doing. Hahaha! I liked that!

I also tried it on myself and found it to be very comfortable. I liked the fur backing. I normally don't like faux fur but it was very soft against my eyes and skin.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 20 days after original review

This is still holding up really well. I mostly use it for my husband because he has a larger nose and this is the only one that fits him really well. We haven't had any problems with the fur shedding at all. So I think this will last us for a very long time.

	NuMe (verified) No it doesn't slip at all. I think because of the wideness of the elastic. Laying flat it's 8 inches across. So I would guess a total of 16 inches.	10/20/2009
