So many possibilities. I still haven't used it the way it was "intended".

This toy came in an amazingly ridiculous amount of plastic. The clam shell case was easy to open, but far bigger than it needed to be. As an environmentalist, I found that to be a turn off. From there it was all uphill though. The directions were basic: Don't use a cock ring for more than 30 minutes. The toy is very intuitive though, so instructions aren't really necessary.

The leather seems to be decent quality. It doesn't have as much leather smell as I'm used to, but even fiddling with it and rubbing on it through a two-part episode of BSG didn't result in any fraying or dye leaking, so this isn't the cheap stuff. The rest of it is stainless, far as I know, and though I haven't used it long, I anticipate a lot of use out of this toy without problems.

One of the best parts of this toy is that it all comes apart. The leather straps unsnap, allowing adjustment, as well as making cleaning easier, since each piece can be dealt with separately. The cock ring itself is held on with a snap, so it can also be completely removed; added advantage- you can use a different cock ring if the size is wrong. There is a small clip holding the leather strap/chain to the nipple clamp chain through a jump ring. Which means you can also use this just as a nipple clamp set. Or clip a weight to it. The rubber tips come off if you squeeze a bit, which means you can get that part clean too (should you wish to use it on labia). Rubber can't be sterilized so please note that if you do use the clamps on areas with fluid, you'll want to take off the tips first, or arrange to keep the rubber tips for use with just one person.

The clamps adjust by sliding a small ring closer to the tips. The metal of the clamps is smooth enough that we were able to use the clamps with the tips above my nipples, allowing slightly less pressure while still maintaining a firm grip, to allow for longer play. The chain between the nipple clamps is longer than any other set I own, to account for the attachment of the cock ring.

Speaking of length: The cock ring itself is 1 3/4 inches across on the inside. That's fairly large for a cock ring. A more useful measurement may be that it the inside of the ring, with the leather strap in place, is 5 1/4 inches around. The leather strap adjusts from 4 1/2 inches to 6 inches. With it set on the 4 1/2 inch placement (all the snaps put together) the length from nipple to cock is just over 18 inches. Seven of those inches are the chain that clips to the nipple clamp section and is attached to a rivet on the end of the leather strap. If your nipples are closer or farther away than mine, you'll have less length between them, but probably not by more than an inch or so either way. I'm a fairly averagely sized person. I think, overall, that this toy should fit most people, though a few other sizes of stainless cock ring wouldn't go amiss, the way it is attached means you could easily switch the ring it comes with out for any of your favorites, stainless or not, as long as they aren't overly thick.

I tried it first on my own. Putting the nipple clamps on and slipping the cock ring over my Share. I loved the slight tugging as I jerked myself off. I also tried it without the cock ring. I separated the parts and put on the nipple clamps, then took advantage of the longer chain to slip a pinkie finger though while playing with my Hitachi.
