Y-Style clamps with clit clamp - y style clit and nipple clamps by Spartacus - review by Triangles

Having always been the one for nipple stimulation and the additionally erotic concept of having a bite in intimacy, I needed a clamp that could fit my small nipple, (I'm a 29A), and be adjustable to my comfort level. The Y-style clamps came to me in a plastic clam shell packaging, with a cardboard insert which the clamps were wrapped around. It reminded me of a knock-off jewelry packaging, but with a picture of a woman wearing the clamps rather than a smiling, stock-art woman. After the cardboard insert was thrown away, the clam shell packaging proves to be far too large for such a compact accessory. I find the clear plastic case annoying and unnecessary, though it is resealable, and it ended up in the trash as well.

The three clamps themselves are made of a very heavy metal material, with a small adjustable knob at the end of each. By turning the knob clockwise, it pushes a screw in between the clamps, making them larger. The opposite effect is achieved by turning the knobs counter-clock wise. This system of adjustment is very convenient and user friendly, as they can be adjusted while you're wearing them. The adjustment system means that you should have no trouble keeping these things on. If they do fall off at some point, you probably haven't made them tight enough or haven't given them enough skin to hang on too. It's something pretty basic and perfect for a beginner. The clamps feel very strong and sturdy, but I personally don't find their weight uncomfortable.

The clamps come with rubber tips on each end. These rubber tips can be removed for an extremely powerful bite provided by 5 short teeth underneath. When one removes the rubber tips, they'll probably be inclined to lessen the grip of the clamps due to the close skin-to-teeth contact. The short length of the teeth (appears to be about 1 or 2 millimeters) on these clamps cannot be felt through the rubber tips, and are unlikely to puncture skin unless at the tightest grip. At this tightest of grips, the teeth actually lock into each other. Sadists definitely won't be left out of the fun with these clamps!

The clitoris clamps can be removed from the nipple clamps through the key chain style hook at its end, which snaps onto the ring in the middle of the nipple clamps. The length between the clamps, in respects to both the clitoral end and the nipple end, is quite long, almost unreasonably so. I wouldn't consider myself short at 5'7", but the clitoral clamp hangs off my stomach, and the nipple clamps drop. I don't really mind this, and I actually would go as far to say I enjoy feeling the swinging weight of the chains under me, and this may be the intention of the extra length.

As I said before, the chains are made of a heavy metal. I'm not sure exactly what kind of metal, but it doesn't feel cheap at all. I have gotten water on these chains, and there has been no rust. The metal is unlikely to react poorly too lube or water from my experiences with it, and doesn't quite much cleaner other than soap and water. The rubber tips, however, do collect dust and do require regular cleaning after use/before use. The metal is naturally cold feeling, but conducts heat well if you don't like a literally nippy feeling. In summary, these are an excellent beginners and advance clamps because of the quality of materials, the ability to adjust strength, and the 2-in-1 concept thanks to the ability of the clitoral clamps to be removed.
