This toy is really meant more for beginners to flogging who want to practice with something that won't necessarily hurt, but know that they will like it enough to invest in something of this price and quality. The great thing about this flogger is that unlike cheap ones, you can continue to use this as a nice warm-up toy after you have advanced in BDSM practice.
The construction of this flogger is pretty high quality. It has a pink and black leather-bound handle that is large enough for anyone to grip comfortably. The tails are made of black suede and pink faux-fur. While suede is a nice material for flogging, the fur-texture adds something completely different to the experience that changes it completely. The fur texture on skin is unique for a flogging experience, as I have never felt this before. It almost pads the blow, if that makes sense. While the suede does leave a stinging feeling if hit hard enough, the fur almost counteracts that. The feel is a lot of pressure for a flogger, as this is a large one. The blows really depend on the dominant person, as they can be very light with no pain at all, or much harder with a bit of a whack to it.

I don't use this flogger much, personally, but I love having a good warm-up flogger on hand if the situation calls for it. The quality of this flogger is still proving to be quite high, as it doesn't show any signs of damage. I would still highly recommend this for gutsy beginners, moderate users, and anyone looking for a warm-up flogger, specifically.

I do love the fluff, I just want to point out that if you are a more advance BDSM user, which I get the feeling you are, that it'll really be more of a warm-up and not an actual painful fun kind of toy. Just keep it in mind, but I'm not suggesting it's not a good flogger, I still love mine, just for different reasons.
