The Spartacus Combo Stretcher Divider is like a jungle gym for you private parts. It’s basically a leather cock ring attached to a ball stretcher with an attached ball divider. It’s loaded with snaps so it’s very adjustable. It’s available in several lengths from 1” to 3” in 1/2” increments. . It looks to be made of high quality leather and built to last a long time. The seams feel very durable and the snaps are secure.

The cock ring portion is 1/2” wide and can be snapped in place using any of the 3 snaps. It’s adjustable from 1 1/2” to 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 diameter. This feature is standard on all sizes. Though the snaps can be a little clumsy, it’s fairly easy to adjust, even while the contraption is on... just in case you want to tighten or loosen things up a bit.

The ball stretcher portion varies in length depending on what size you order. It comes in lengths ranging from 1” to 3” in 1/2” increments. All lengths have 2 rows of snaps running down the left and right sides of the stretcher. This basically gives you a little adjustment in the diameter of the stretcher. When it is snapped in on the outer snaps the diameter is about 1 3/4” and 1 1/4” on the inside snaps. There are also 4 other snap ends on the stretcher that are used for the divider

The divider is similar to the cock ring portion. It has a 1/2" wide strip of leather attached to the bottom if the stretcher and is designed to sling under and between your balls and snap in to any of the 4 snaps giving you control on the tension and the centering of the divider. Also it has a steel loop on the bottom of the divider that can be used to restrain or attach something. NOTE: Even hanging something as light as a wire hanger and letting it swing a bit can add some really fun sensations.

Size is critical when choosing the appropriate stretcher. I'd tend to favor a shorter one to start off with. A trick I used to figure out what size would work for me was simply using my fingers. I estimated that my fingers are a little less than an inch wide each and that all four fingers next to each other to be a little wider than 3". Using this as a gauge, I pulled the scrotum down and I started wrapping my fingers around the space between my testis and body until they touched my thumb. As I added fingers I knew I could get a longer stretcher. If I used just my index finger I would get one inch. If I could get all 4 fingers then 3". It's not exact but it was a good estimate for me.

Getting in to this little contraption can be a bit tricky, especially with the longer ones. I would take a nice hot shower or bath and start gently tugging your sac down to get things hanging nice and low before you start trying to put the Spartacus Combo Stretcher Divider on. Once dried off I would start with the stretcher first. Gently pulling your sac down, try to get the leather to overlap just a little bit at a time until you get the snaps lined up. Then gently work your thumb inside and snap the top snap. Start snapping your way down from the top. Take your time. Once you get the stretcher snapped on, then add the cock ring followed by the divider. It’s a bit of work but it looks cool on and the sensation is nothing short of amazing. It will give you a powerful orgasm for certain. I have to admit it exceeded all expectations.

Clean up? Sterilization is not really an option but you can get it clean with a little soap and water. Lastly I have found that when it gets wet it can tend to bleed its black color a little bit. Other than the Spartacus Combo Stretcher Divider was a great find.


SAFETY NOTE. I would never wear the Spartacus Combo Stretcher Divider for more than 20 or 30 minutes because it does restrict blood flow. If you find that your testis are getting blue and or cold, you should start loosening things up a bit or use a shorter stretcher.

I think the Spartacus Combo Stretcher Divider is a great product for any man who would like to experiment with something a little different. Remember, it is important to choose the correct size especially when you are just starting out. I would certainly err on the conservative side and go with smaller sizes until you know what you’re comfortable with.
