Japanese bondage rope - bondage toy by Doc Johnson - review by HornyDolphins

I was thrilled to receive the Japanese bondage rope. The rope itself did not feel rough and was fairly gentle when used. The rope is rather long at 32 feet in length, and my guy and I had to decide whether to leave the rope whole or cut it into smaller lengths. Needless to say we decided to deal with the length and not cut the rope. Although the rope is hard to deal with at its full length, you can get around this problem by beginning while the 'victim' is standing up and/or beginning from the middle of the rope.

My guy gets very creative with the rope. He has done several things to me with it, everything from bed restraints to a tease tool. Using the length of rope he secured it to the bed by wrapping it around the mattress and bound me with it. To tease he will arrange the rope so that parts of it will slide against my chest or my armpits. I thoroughly enjoyed it the experience, but I am one who naturally will arrange myself during sex with my hands above my head. Someone who likes to move their hands around a lot may not enjoy this. Just as an interesting side note, I actually had the cotton rope used on me while I was sporting a ‘fun’ sprained ankle, while the ankle in question was left unbound the sex play was still a blast.

One potential problem is that this toy is made of cotton and if it gets wet via our sex play or ‘dirty’ one way or another it will need to be washed. Just imagine trying to explain that to the local laundry mat if the rope happens to peak out. Also the rope may become hard, or rough from washing, I have yet to do this so these are just educated guesses at this time.

Over all while soft, the rope is not smooth or silky like nylon rope. While the cotton rope dose fine the nylon might have felt even better had that rope been available to me.
