Y-style tweezers with clit clamp - clamps by PHS International - review by IrishCat

For a person new to clamps, these tweezer clamps are a great introduction. They're easy to adjust, so you can play with how tight they are and see how far you want to take your play. Because they're so adjustable however, they're also not as sturdy as some of the tougher clamps, and are more likely to come off if tugged on or played with roughly. But if you are sensitive to pain or are just starting out, these are wonderful.

One feature I really liked about this set is that the clit clamp can be removed from the set up if desired, so this can function just as nipple clamps or as a 3-way set of clamps. One nice thing about this is that if one of the rubber bits from the end of the clamps comes off, and you don't really use the clit clamp anyway, which was true for me and my partner, you can just take one of the rubber bits off of that clamp as a replacement piece and you still can continue to use the toy.

One of my hopes with this set was that I would be able to wear it underneath my clothing when out in public, but unfortunately the clink of the chains are somewhat audible when walking, though perhaps louder to me as the wearer than to anyone else! In addition, walking around wearing this made the clit clamp fall off within a few minutes and it was just too unnerving to continue, since we weren't in a scene setting.

One important consideration to bear in mind if you do choose to wear clamps for a longer period of time, is that clamps cut off circulation to the area that they are clamping, so leaving them on for longer than 15 to 30 minutes at most is really very unsafe. Also, especially when clamps have been worn for several minutes, taking them off will hurt more than putting them on might have, because blood will start recirculating to the area, so you should be prepared for that.
