I'm glad I finally gave a ball gag a shot, but I found this one to be a bit uncomfortable. I might upgrade to the Tantus version soon if this one doesn't break in a bit.

Pros:
Silicone ball can be removed for cleaning, affordable.
Cons:
It was more uncomfortable than I wished.

I agree that the nylon ends are pokey and uncomfortable. Turning it inside out definitely helps. Nice review!

Thanks for the review. I don't have experience with ball gags but it doesn't sound nice about the drowning in your own saliva. Do ALL gags have that effect? Is there a way to counteract it?
