As one would expect, this paddle is meant for use in a BDSM setting. The studs allow for a different and rougher experience, while the back allows for a lighter experience. All in all, this paddle allows you to keep significant others under control with a good swat here or there. If spankings are not your thing, then this paddle will not be for you.

The design of this piece of BDSM equipment is fairly straight forward. It is a leather paddle and is thus quite flexible. This gives it significantly more sting than that of a rigid paddle. This can be a good or bad thing based on personal preference alone. To me it is not as enjoyable, but to be honest is more useful as a punishment. However I am not as much into pain as other people, so this is personal preference only.

The paddle is covered in metal studs on one side, where the other side is just smooth leather. The studs allow for more sting, and the opposite side acts as any ordinary leather paddle. This allows for variability in your play, and I appreciate that both sides are different and usable in play.

As a whole the paddle is sewn together nicely, and is about 16.5 inches long. All in all this product is exactly what you would expect. It is a leather paddle where one side has metal studs attached in order to provide a rougher experience when needed.

Performance was mentioned a bit in the above section. Overall this paddle works perfectly. If it comes to personal preference I like a more firm paddle, however I expected this paddle to be quite flexible upon getting it. However, this piece of equipment looks pretty, and functions perfectly. One side is suitable for rough play and the other for lighter play, so when looking at a paddle this covers all aspects.
