While effective, you really have to have some patience to use this toy correctly. If you do, it might be worth your time ... if it were available any more.

I am going to give this 4 stars. It is made out of leather, fits comfortably, but allows a very nice sensation to the balls when tugged on with a leash. The only negative I can say about this is that it is slightly difficult to lace up, and the string included was somewhat cheap. Otherwise, bring on the pain. YANK!
