This product is a great BDSM CB (Cock and Ball) device that acts both as a chastity device, a way for one's partner to lead the other, and as a type of CB jewelry. Because of the leather, this product shouldn't be used during intercourse. The Pleasure Gates by Leatherbeaten is intended to be worn by a man.

Of all of the different types of CB devices of this style, this seems the most inviting for someone interested in trying for the first time. The rings are made from neoprene/rubber, the largest ring which goes around both the cock and balls has just under a 2" diameter, the other two rings have 1.25" diameters. Though the rings have a little give, there isn't much, so this IS a ONE SIZE FITS MOST device. Leatherbeaten used a .5" wide piece of leather that is 3.25" long (it is longer, but folded to hold the rings). The leather is smooth and leaves no edges for the wearer to possibly get cut. Holding everything together are 3 small metal rivets, and on the end opposite the large ring is a small metal D-ring.

Having never worn a device like this before I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I've worn singular rings, so I went with that in mind on how to put it on. With the large ring first, balls go through, pulling scrotal skin then pulling the penis through while limp is the easiest method. Having a little lubricant on before hand is a good idea so readjustments and taking off later is easier. Placing the shaft through the other two rings is easy, however, readjustments were required as it got harder. Once fully hard, the Pleasure Gates stayed in place and slowed circulation enough to keep the me engorged and my veins more prominent. A leash was attached to the D-ring; it held well and I let my partner lead me in my room.

The rings are very easy to clean, just wipe down with a damp cloth, or spray down with toy cleaner. The rings cannot be sterilized due to the material. The leather should have leather conditioner applied periodically to keep it working at its peak for years.

When it comes to attaching the leash, the person leading should be cautious not to pull too hard. It is attached to one of the most sensitive areas on a man's body, with that in mind, tugging could cause excessive pain or damage. Like with any other cock ring, because the device is slowing circulation it shouldn't be worn for long periods of time: 45 minutes at most. Those unsure of the size of ring they can use, if this product ends up being too small once you've gotten hard, the quickest and safest way of removal will be to use scissors to cut the rings, this will deem the device useless afterwords.
