Light bondage "Ties"

In reality, even though a simple bondage rope or silk tie is a little harder to put on your lover, they work as well as, if not better than the Twisted love ties. I would not suggest this product to anyone looking for serious bondage or anyone who thrashes around a lot when having an orgasm.

Use

These ties are good for those who want to experience a light bondage, but may not be completely comfortable being totally restrained. It does not take much tugging to pull these restraints apart, which depending on what you like, could be good or bad. They are easy to use and easy to store as well.

Design / Craftsmanship / Material / Size / Fit

A very interesting and original idea. The ties are not really long enough in my opinion, because I like to tie my wife to the bed frame, but they are good for handcuffs. They could probably work well with some headboards, too. The material is soft on the skin and the tightness is as adjustable as rope. Much like rope, the ties can pinch skin if you're not careful.

Performance

I have found this product very useful, though I still prefer bondage rope. I could use it as wrist or ankle restraints, but not much else. By the end of the evening, my wife is usually able to slip her wrists right out of the bonds as they have loosened with tugging.

Care and Maintenance

I have not had to clean the ties yet, but I am not sure as to how it would be done. The ties cannot be submerged or machine washed due to the foam core. If they need more than wiping with a damp cloth they may be ruined.

Storage is a snap with the Twisted love ties. They easily fit in most any drawer, or you could curve one end and hang them in your closet.

No instructions were included, or needed really; however, washing instructions would have been useful. The packaging was as simple as the product.

It is a fun toy and great for light bondage, but anything more and you should be looking for a different product.

Experience

My wife and I enjoyed the ties for a while, but we felt they did not hold up strong enough.
Follow-up commentary
We have not touched these ties for a long time now. In my book, that makes them a waste of space. Currently we are using a nice set of leather cuffs and tethers for our bondage play and I do not see us going back to the ties anytime soon.

It is my opinion that you would be better off spending a little extra to get a set of cuffs. They do not even need to be expensive leather ones, just something sturdier.

      If she likes to feel like she is really restrained or "helpless" then choose a different product, like maybe some heavy duty cuffs
