This is a light use toy mostly BDSM style. Given the materials its only really useful for light slaps to the other person, we usually stick with swats to the rear being thin people anywhere else is not that comfortable.

Unfortunately with the slender stick I don't think that rougher play is possible with this...its really thin and would probably snap easily under pressure. Its nice and bendy but not strong enough to really take a beating (not trying to be punny here lol).

Made of a combination of faux-leather, plastic, and metal its shaped in the standard crop style. Has a loop of faux-leather on one end of it to put your wrist through while using it. At the other end the slapping piece again of faux-leather with a heart shape cut out on one side. In between the folded leather a piece of red heavy cloth that gives the heart cut out a nice standout against the black of the rest of slapping end. The stick is a hollow plastic piece vaguely like a long straw. The leather and plastic is held together by small silver colored smooth studs of metal. While very cute this is NOT something that will hold up under continuous or heavy use. The plastic will snap.

The crop worked exactly as we desired it to. We, after all, only wanted something for light play. We found that the loop on the end was more of a hindrance than anything else when put over the wrist and so discontinued the use of it. Against bare skin it makes a nice slapping noise without being rough. Given the thinness of the stick part we weren't very rough with it. For our purposes we didn't need it to be.

As we used this only as a teasing item it didn't get that dirty. However to maintain its slightly shiny appearance we opted to just wipe it down with a damp cloth. Storing it: as it did not come with a specific case we just put it in our drawer.

The packaging amounted to a cardboard cover with the name and some decals over the slapping part of the crop. Looked like it could be used to hang it from one of those things at the store. Obviously this was discarded as it had no real purpose in the storage or maintenance of this toy.

Not the best crop but if you're only really looking for something for light play, as we were, then this is for you. Not to mention if you have some cute lingerie with hearts on it you can carry a theme well for a special night.

The first time we used this crop was a bit of a disaster. Oh it worked just fine and was fun but well...my hubby couldn't put it down. Not because he didn't want to but it got stuck on his wrist! The loop is loose but at the time it was stiff, and like that annoying tape when your wrapping presents that ya cant get off your hand it just wouldn't let go! We haven't used the loop since and have had no further issue with it getting stuck in our hands.
