Silicone removable small ball gag - mouth gag by Spartacus - review by soulrain

My partner and I just started experimenting with bondage, and this was our first ball gag. The strap is real leather, the ball itself is silicone, and the metal parts are nickel-free (very important since my partner is allergic!!). The silicone ball is soft and does not hurt when you bite down on it. It's comfortable while in your mouth and doesn't strain your jaw. The silicone material attracts lint, especially from the leather strap, but it is easily washed off with soap and water. The strap is easily adjustable via the belt-like clasp. This gag comes in different sizes (small and large); we got the small one because both my partner and I have small mouths. It fits perfectly and does not strain our teeth/jaws at all.

One complaint my partner had when wearing it was that he found it hard to swallow while the ball was in his mouth. However, this may be due to the fact that it was his first time ever wearing a gag! When I wore it, I didn't have any trouble swallowing, so maybe it varies from person to person. I'm sure the comfort factor will increase with time and number of uses as well. The ball easily fits between the teeth (if you like to bite down on it) or behind the teeth, depending on how you like to wear it.

We used this gag in conjunction with a blindfold and the Under the Bed Restraint System (found on this site). It is a very attractive addition to our ever-growing collection of bondage paraphernalia. I hadn't had a large interest in using a gag before, but after seeing it on my partner, it really turned me on. It makes him look kind of cute, scary and sexy all at the same time. Definitely looking forward to much more usage of this toy.
