Sensua suede whip - sex toy by LELO - review by herdisleah

This is best used as a sensual flogger - to play with the senses, change what is being felt...it worked very well for tickles and light slapping/stinging, but you have to swing it pretty hard with the intent to hurt in order to get any pain. In other words, exactly perfect for what I wanted! The suede can give a variety of sensation, from dragging it across the skin to brushing with the tips, or gentle torture playing on the boundary between pleasure and pain.

I'd heard LELO was a great brand to get bondage toys from, and boy was I told right. The entire thing is incredibly well made - the connection of the leather tails into the handle is secure, and can't be tugged out. The handle is an acrylic composite, and feels good and slightly heavy in my (or my mistress') hand. It's very well balanced - this is the main feature I noticed immediately upon picking it up. The handle's heaviness combined with the length and weight of the leather make a phenomenal swinging device, and a pleasure for both.

The only caution I'd have would be to watch the suede coloring - I think I had some lube on my hands or something, maybe sweat, but after handling the tails and playing around with them I found some of the purple coloring had gotten rubbed off onto my hands. Probably not a big deal, since you don't want to get leather wet anyways.

As a small, lighter flogger, this works perfectly. I'm not really into pain, but I do really enjoy lots of different sensations and pushing that boundary between pain and pleasure. I can really swing with heft, and it's going to hurt of course, but for the kind of play I'm doing? Perfect.

Suede can be tricky. It's very hard to clean and honestly, its easier to keep clean in the first place. Don't get it wet, since that can ruin the leather. Specific suede cleaners can be used, but I've found it more practical to try to keep my suede clean in the first place. That means keeping it away from lubed up parts, unfortunately, and away from body paints or food.

Great packaging - relatively innocuous until you get a closer look. The box is a fairly sturdy paper/cardboard box, with tissue paper to wrap the suede. I kept the box for storage, and to keep as a travel case too!

I really wish they made one maybe triple the size of this, perhaps...
