If one wanted to swivel the cuffs from clips inwards to outward (to clip them to cuffs instead of each other), are they easy to move? Hope that makes sense, I had trouble wording it
Yes, they are. Depending on how tightly you have them pulled, you may have to loosen them a bit, but as you can see in the video, they're really easy to loosen and tighten.
