Narrow slapper review

Hubby and I like to play around with various spanking implements. We’d just been talking about a narrower paddle for more of a directed swat, so when I had a chance to review the Narrow Slapper by Sportsheets, I jumped at it. 

When I opened the package, the first thing I did was smack the palm of my hand. My best friend was there, and I said “Oh, hell! That’s gonna hurt!” Amid her burst of laughter, I hurriedly packed it back in the box.
 
While we were watching a movie that evening, I handed it to Hubby; his only reply was “Pull ‘em down.” His light-handed smack still stung, but it wasn't unbearable. It gave a warm sensation that lasts a bit, but it wasn’t painful to sit back down.

When we retired to the bedroom, however, being the glutton for punishment I am, I asked for a lesson in pain tolerance. He first used our flogger to warm me up then alternated heavy and light smacks with the new slapper. I very much had a shiny red bum by then. His caresses even stung by that point. Not enough to bring tears, but for the serious pain freak, it’s heated. Bound, collared, and blindfolded, it awakens your senses like you’d never believe--wondering about, anticipating the placement of, and waiting for that next hit.
 
For punishment spankings, it works great. Believe me; you listen to discipline when this thing is talking. A sturdy whack and you’re all ears; two to three and you’re ready to lick his feet in subservience. A lesson I wouldn’t care to repeat. 

For a novice, I would recommend light slaps, self-inflicted first to know what you are getting into. Novice and educated S/Ms alike, make sure you talk to your partner when you begin to play for safety’s sake.

All in all, I like the slapper. It is a good grade, firm leather. The double layered slapper does make its bark slightly worse than its bite. If you’re looking for a little pain in your fun, it’s worth the investment, even if you’re like me and believe the aftercare and making up is worth all the pain you can tolerate.
