No heart imprint, but fun nonetheless!
The Heart Slapper is a simple, straight forward flogger that gives a nice sting. When the leather meets the skin, the two pieces hit together to create an auditory thrill. The heart itself is very subtle created by two different edges where the two ends of the leather come together. While it doesn't leave a heart shaped imprint, the leather is sure to leave a pink ass and a lot of moans.Published: November 12, 2009
Pros:
Simple design, leather of quality craftsmanship.
Cons:
No definite handle.

Thank you for viewing Heart slapper – paddle review page!

Nice review!
I loooove slappers
That delicious snapping noise is such a turn-on for me. Thank you so much for the review!
P.S. I find the whole design of this thing a little weird...Why is there a ring, rather than a handle? Is it meant to attach to the end of something else? I'm confused!
A handle would definitely be nice on this!
Hi guys and BD, thanks for the review.
I'll try to address the design questions if I may. The ring is essentially a hanging loop. There's no handle, because we were trying to hit a price point, which wouldn't have been possible if we'd used more leather. The Arrow and Heart slappers retail around ten bucks, which is pretty affordable, I think. We do have another paddle, the Imp, which is similar to this, though wider, with a nice curvy handle. That goes out closer to thirty.
Best way to hold this piece (for me at least) is to place the ring in the palm of the hand, index finger lies along the leather and the three remaining fingers fold back over the ring. You can hold it pretty loosely and still have lots of control.
Hope that helps!
Billy
Props for describing how the heart shape is achieved. That's a pretty interesting concept, too bad it didn't work perfectly.
