This blindfold is good for light BDSM play, or light sensory deprivation. It works fairly well, but a little light does get into the bottom of the mask, and if you tilt your head back you can see quite well. If your intention is to 100% block out all light, then this isn't the right choice in mask. However, if you just want something sexy that will look good, and block out enough light, then this would be perfect.

This mask is made of nylon and polyester. It looks a lot like leather though, so if you like the looks of leather, this is really close. It's your average blindfold shape and everything. It just has one single elastic strap that goes around the back that holds it in place. It works pretty well for me, but if you're going to mess with it a lot, the elastic may ware out. I haven't had any problems with it though.

The front of the mask is the faux leather. It has three round metal studs placed evenly across the mask, just for a little extra fashion. The studs also show up on the back of the mask, which might be irritating to some people. The back of the mask is made from a softer material. This is nice, because it isn't scratchy while you're using it, but the back collects a lot of pet hair and lint easily. I have to pat it off before I use it, so I don't get anything in my eye.

The mask seems to be pretty well made. The elastic strap is held down by the studs on either side of the back of the mask, so it's not going anywhere unless you're really rough with it.

I think it's pretty comfortable to wear. It was a bit upset that light got into the bottom, but because the material is so thick, you don't have to worry about light shining in like that. This should fit most people.

Back. Very linty...

I was happy enough with this blindfold. I was hoping that since it's so thick and sturdy that it would block out light completely. It blocks out most light, but it doesn't curve well enough around your face to keep light from coming in from the bottom. If you tilt your head back, you can see quite well out of the bottom of this mask as well.

If you want to block all light then you're better off getting something else. If you're just a beginner though, or don't want to block out all light, then this is pretty great. I was just hoping it would work a lot better.

To clean this off, you can wipe it with a damp cloth on either side.

I keep mine stored in my toybox along with all of my other toys.
