This product is best used for early beginners that are looking to dabble in the S&M department. It works great for couples play whether it be foreplay or during sex. If you are looking to take a step into the handcuffs and whip department, you may want to consider this starter kit however if you are experienced or know you want a whip with an impact, I suggest saving your money.

I was unfortunately a bit disappointed with the craftsmanship of this product. Upon taking it out of the package, I noticed some chunks of "fur" in the plastic bag it came in. As I removed the product, a few more chunks came out as I smoothed the "fur" with my fingers. The design is cute as I am obsessed with any type of animal print products. I do not feel as though this product will last me a long time but given the price of the kit, I wasn't extremely shocked by this. The faux fur is very soft to the touch and the animal print pattern is true to the picture. There was no smell to the product other than the whip. The whip had a strong odor that resembled fresh paint. Mask should fit most individuals however handcuffs will most likely not fit anyone with larger sized wrists.

The whip's handle is about 6 inches long and the strands measure roughly 12 inches.

The length of the mask is 7 inches long, and 3 inches wide with approximately 11 inches of elastic to go around your head.

The handcuff chain measures 3.25 inches while the circumference of the cuffs is close to 7 inches.

I'll begin with the handcuffs. They are a regular pair of silver handcuffs with a cylindrical shaped piece of leopard fabric covering most of the part that goes around your wrist. This fabric moves around very easily however and I found my wrist against the metal parts of the handcuffs more often than not. As for the fit of the handcuffs, I found them a bit odd. I am only 5'2 and I would say that my wrists are entirely average sized. These cuffs would only fasten if I had them turned in one particular way and even then they were extremely tight. Yes the handcuffs are adjustable but taking them out a notch or two didn't make much of a difference in the fit. The handcuffs were very easy to release however. I had a much easier time unlocking myself in fact versus my husband with his larger sized hands. The chain on the handcuffs also concerns me as it seems very weak. I pulled my wrists in opposite directions and I could see the chain links slowly prying apart. If you were caught up in the moment during foreplay or intercourse and exerted a large amount of force on the handcuffs, I feel they would probably break! :(

Next let's discuss the mask. The mask had a good fit on my face with only a small gap towards the bottom. It did a good job of keeping light out. I even tried them out in the kitchen with the fluorescent lighting and it still managed to keep the light out as well as block any silhouettes. The fur is soft but as mentioned before did come out in small chunks here and there but not enough to where it was thin. I'm not convinced that after multiple uses however it wouldn't fall out completely. The black strap that went around my head was smooth but very slippery on my head to where I had to readjust the mask several times during intercourse and foreplay.

This brings me to the whip. This was probably my biggest disappointment. I do like a whip that has some "bite" to it and this unfortunately did not deliver. It feels very flimsy and just does not appear to be crafted well. It is very "stringy" and didn't really make an impact on me when my husband used it on me. It delivered a slight sting lasting less than a second. If you want a whip that leaves an impression, this is not it. If you are just beginning and looking to explore what you like, then it would be a good starter for you!

The items are compact enough to be stored in a drawer or small trunk. You have to be cautious when placing it with other items as my items lost their "fur" easily.

the whip and back of mask can be spot cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. I wouldn't suggest machine washing the mask and/or leopard coverings for the handcuffs due to fear of losing fur however if you do machine wash them, I certainly suggest line drying and skipping the dryer!
