The Spartacus Ball gag is made with great construction, The buckles are made from a higher quality metal that is actually metal and not painted plastic. The rivets are placed in manner that they actually hold. The snaps do hold. This ball gag will last you for years if you take care of it.

The ball is made from silicone that is hypoallergenic, non porous, latex and phthalates free. The ball that came with mine is my favorite red color but it does comes with purple also. There is no smell or tastes associated with the ball. The straps are made from a heavy duty leather , that does smell like leather. It is actually cow hide. All of the metal pieces are made from a nickle free metal.
The straps are 1 inch wide the center portion that fits the ball is 4 3/4 inches long with the snaps closed. the strap that holds the buckle is 6 1/2 inches long. The strap side that has the holes present is 9 inches long. The holes are placed 1/2 inch apart. There are a total of 11 holes for adjust-ability. The total length of the entire ball gag is 22 inches long.

The ball gag should accomidate a head from a 14 inch to a 22 inch diameter. You can easily make more holes if you need to make it even smaller. You can use this one between partners since the silicone ball is completely sterilize able. The leather cannot be sterilized so that may pose and issue with sharing.
The ball has a diameter of 1 1/2 inches. The Ball has a slit in the center of it that the leather strap slides into. There are snaps on each side of the ball which open to allow you to take the ball off and wash it. The ball is squishier and you can bite into it. You can end up leaving teeth marks if you bite hard enough. You will start drooling with extended wear.

The leather portion can be cleaned with a damp washcloth, you can use leather cleaners and conditioners on it. The ball gag can be cleaned with antibacterial soaps and water, toy sprays, toy wipes. You can wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution, you can boil it, you can throw it in your dishwasher.

I actually just keep my ball gag in my special box. I actually don't keep it in a baggy because I don't want the moisture on my leather. You can also store it in the packaging that it comes in.
The packaging is a hard plastic clam shell that holds the ball gag in place in it's own form. The product information is on the paper that lines the back portion of the clam shell. It states ball gag very clearly on it. There are no naked pictures on the packaging.

You could travel easily with this one, just throw it in your suitcase. TSA may actually know what it is for.
