This is a really interesting concept for a toy that I really feel was well executed. The Interchangeable Crop Top System is a great product that comes with starter tips, and there are a few other tops on the market for it. I really do love this toy and how versatile it is. I am not a fan of uni-taskers.
The three tops that come with the system are a plain black standard bat, a red hand-shaped top, and a purple heart top. I would say that the hand shape is probably the most vicious while the purple heart is the most tame, with the standard bat falling somewhere in the middle.
I would say that this really is very well constructed and probably won't fall apart anytime soon. The heads stay in very well. I have swung the thing around and done every thing I can think of to try to get them to come off "accidentally" to no avail.
The heads just pop in and out of the tip of the crop (they make a great 'pop' noise too). The handle is made of a hard plastic and has a loop for extra support. I keep mine on a rack with the other tops I have, and the extra tops in a smallish box near there.
The box it comes in has the Sportsheets logo on it. It's not very discreet. I think the packaging is a bit bulky for what it is, plus getting everything out of the packaging was a bit of a nightmare. I didn't keep the box to keep it all in, but I suppose you could if you had a situation where it needed to be kept somewhere out of sight.
Some of the other tips available are a black foot, a black split slapper, and a few others that don't seem to be on the site at the moment.
All in all I really do love this crop and the whole idea of the system.

The Interchangeable Crop Top System is awesome and fun. I like that I can change up the tops at a whim and not carry around 3 different crops. I love a multi-tasker.
