This ball gag is best for those who are well-versed in kink/bondage. Beginners might find this a bit daunting with its 6 1/2 inch circumference purple rubber ball. I know I did when I first tried to place it in my mouth. For the record, my mouth can only open comfortably to a diameter of 1 1/2 inches. The picture below shows where I can take it up to without gagging myself in a bad way, (just above the straight blue line).

At least one can wear this as an interesting collar if your mouth won't comply with its girth.
Or you can use it like I do, only have a portion of the ball gag in your mouth to muffle cries of pleasure, (or pleasure pain, whatever flips your pancake) so the parents/roomies/etcetera are unable to hear you.

As a note: Make sure you or your partner do not salivate profusely when non-food items are placed inside the mouth, as it is rather hard to swallow with the gag in completely. No one wants to end a session early due to drowning or choking on their own saliva.

This seems very well made, on par with a leather collar I own. As long as you take care of the material, I believe it will last years. It's a very beautiful restraining piece. The leather is soft and pliable and the straps are placed in such a way that it won't chafe if you don't wear it longer than a half hour or so.
With 11 holes for adjustment, this will fit almost every person out there, provided you can get this in your mouth. The entire length of the gag is 22 inches, and my head loosely measures in at 17 1/2 inches at the mouth. (I use the 6th hole in though, since I only use part of the ball in my mouth.)
The rubber doesn't have a taste and only has a slight 'bouncy ball' smell before washing. It dissipates to an extremely faint scent that you can only smell if you're huffing the ball. It also hold up to biting, not leaving any permanent indentations in the purple silencer. There's a small seam around the ball, but it's not noticeable once inside the mouth.

The ball gag did not really work for me as I have a rather small mouth. But, I did get it in properly a couple times after 20 minutes or so of mouth stretching. (Properly being: How the gag looks on the model's picture.) I couldn't keep it in for long though, my mouth was uncomfortably stretched out and on the verge of cramping.


I prefer to use it as a collar or only put a portion of it in my mouth to muffle myself. I only wish that it was 1 inch less in girth. Oh well, curses for having a small mouth!
Maybe I will have a partner in the future that has a large enough mouth so I can use it on them. Until then, it shall adorn my lamp like an odd hairband. Perhaps I shall draw a bow tie on it, wear it to a party (or play party) and be perversely fancy.

The package didn't tell me how to care for the material, so I looked around online. To clean: Mild moisturizing soap and water, air dry and if you want to keep the straps feeling soft, use leather conditioner. Keep in mind that both rubber and leather cannot be sterilized, so keep it to one person or away from body fluids other than spit, (antibacterial cleaner might help with that aspect).

The packaging was a clam-shell plastic, but since it wasn't molded to the product's dimensions, it could be used for storage if absolutely needed. The package had absolutely no instructions on there, but it's rather easy to figure out.

It took me a while to get used to the size of the ball gag, I still can't get it in all the way comfortably. I usually just wear it about 1/4 of the way in. It still muffles my noises nicely without hurting my mouth at that area. (5 1/2 circumference, the ball is 6 1/2 total) I use it when people are in the house and I just have to have some private fun of my own. It takes my noise level from 5 bees to 1 at the most.
