Perfect for mouth breathers!
Do you have trouble breathing out of your nose, but think being gagged would be fantastic? You should try the breathable ball gag. The air holes make it easy to breathe, but impossible to talk. Once you wash off the smell, and sand down the jagged edges around the breathing holes, it's perfect for that kinky night. I'm really glad I bought it.Published: September 21, 2011

I've never used any kind of ball gag before getting this one. So this is from the point of view of a very inexperienced user.
I decided to get the Breathable Ball Gag because I have horrible sinus problems, allergies, and quite frankly, I'm a mouth breather. I can't always breathe through my nose, but I thought ball gags were kind of hot, and something I would like to try.
I was pretty pleased with what I got. I kind of expected the actual ball to be a bit smaller than it was. I'm not really sure yet how sizes work with ball gags though, so it may be on the smaller end. I'd say it's about the size of a ping-pong ball. Maybe a little smaller. It still fit in my mouth perfectly. My jaws just got a bit sore after a while. Could be because I'm not used to wearing it yet, and probably has nothing to do with the size.
I do have a couple complaints about the ball though. One of them being that it had a very strong smell. I didn't really like the smell at all, but washed the ball off with some soap and water, and now it smells just fine. It also tasted pretty bad, but cleaning it helped that too. My only other complaint is that the holes in the ball have pretty jagged edges. I suggest sandpaper to smooth it out if you're worried about it.
The ball is made from soft rubber. The exterior of the strap is leather, and the interior is softer for comfort.
The strap is adjustable. And one size should fit most. I thought I had a big head, and it fits me quite well.
You just put the ball in your mouth, and tighten the strap to however tight you want it. For safety reasons, I suggest not making it too tight though.
The buckle is a standard metal buckle, and it works just like a belt. It was easy to use, and very kinky. If you're worried about using a ball gag because of breathing problems, then I strongly suggest using this one. It's definitely worth trying out if you're looking for something kinky!

I still like it. I haven't used it as often as I'd like to, but it's still a great little gag.

I CAN, but prefer not to. I actually have the one that has an "o" ring that goes in your mouth, so I can breathe through it.
