The best part of the Under the Bed Restraint System by Sportsheets is its versatility. It can be used in almost infinite ways – if you’re creative and your partner and you are willing to take some time figure out what works and does not around your house/apartment.
One of the greatest things that we discovered is that if you have the tethers and hip restraints made by Sportsheets, you will open up another door to the magical kingdom of restraint play. Add a spreader bar or two in there and you have a low-priced alternative to an actual BDSM room. Not to mention that all these products can be easily stashed away when your guests arrive…and not the special ones who have come to play!
Some of the more fun positions we have found mostly involve using the restraints and connecting them with themselves. Connecting the wrists to the ankles while on your belly will quickly give you the hogtie position. Or do the same when you partner is sitting in a chair (preferably one where you could pass their hands between the bars) and they will be helpless to your teasing (I spoke about how my fiancée uses this position on me a lot in the Silicone Ball gag review).
More options are always available, from using the tethers and having the person on the couch or down on the floor in a submissive position. In all honesty there are just too many to list. How about we start a forum and see what positions people can recommend and come up with.

Honestly there is nothing more to say than BUY IT! This is one of those purchases that no one will ever regret. Sure you might be able MacGyver your way a cheaper restraint system. But the time and loss in quality is really not worth the few dollars saved.
I think the only people who can afford to forgo this purchase are those who already have a bed equipped with hooks and have enough straps on hand.
For others, like us, who love restrain play and are not able to dedicate an entire room for BDSM fantasies there really isn't a good substitute which gives you the options and ease that this restraint system provides.
For more options and creative restraining incorporate these Tethers along with the restraint system. Then come back and let us know what new amazing positions you were able to find!

What creative ways can you guys come up with to use this system in conjunction with tethers and hip restraints.
We'll start with a simple one, Hog Tie: Simply have the person on the bed or floor on their belly and attach the wrist restraints to the their respective ankle restraints (from the behind, as in the ankles should meet the wrist around the lower back area)

We've only used it once so far and it's wonderful. Nothing creative yet, but maybe when we get the hang of it.

ChaseKAre the standard bed restraint systems, such as 'under the bed', one size fits all for different beds? Could I use this on twin mattress and king mattress? -
Well, Backseat Boohoo's verified review says she used it on an extra long twin and mine is set up on an extra tall queen. I know some folks with kings have found it a big small, though.

For most beds, I think they would work. They worked on my extra long twin back in a dorm room, and they work on the full bed I have now. But I might draw the line at a king, yes, unless you want to buy an extension strap.
