Jaguar cuffs - wrist cuffs by ASLAN Leather - review by Bulma

Maybe you like your toys to have a scent about them, maybe you don’t. I generally don’t, but there is just something erotic about the smell of leather that really gets me going. I anticipate a sexy evening containing my leather Jaguar harness, a good dildo, my fluffy flogger, and my newest addition; my black and white leather wrist cuffs by Aslan leather.

Pulling these beautiful cuffs from the plastic bag they came in, I immediately noticed the quality. There is no mistaking that these are good cuffs. They are two layers of leather on the main band, black with the pretty white decorative layer on top. The band that has the buckle and D ring is black and lies on top of the white band. The contrast is very pleasing to the eyes. If you’re not into black and white, you can also find these in black/red and black/blue.

No mistaking these cuffs for ankle cuffs. The size is quite nice on my wrists, but they barely fit on my ankles on the loosest setting. If you are quite petite you should be able to get away with it comfortably though. I am 5’8” with a regular sized frame (not petite and not large boned) and while found it comfortable for short periods of time, they were simply too tight on my ankles for extended play sessions. My husband who is 5’10” has a larger bone structure than I and could not even get them fastened around his ankles. They fit both his and my wrists very comfortably for longer sessions. Even when tugged on with good force the cuffs do not dig in nor cause any discomfort.

As for durability, I would say these cuffs really excel. I actually pulled apart a plastic zip tie that had held these two cuffs together and it did not damage the cuffs at all. I have been very rough on these, and they are not showing any signs of wear. The leather is softening a little bit more, as is normal with leather, but still look in new condition. I feel that the buckle design is worth mentioning. The buckle post is rounded on the tip which creates smooth buckling and unbuckling. It doesn’t get caught or snag when you are trying to undo the cuffs, which I really appreciated when I needed to get out quick for a potty break (I so hate when that happens in the middle of a fun session). When these cuffs are linked to each other they are easy for the wearer to unbuckle, but I found it impossible to free myself when my arms were kept separate.

I don’t have any leather cleaner, so when mine need cleaning I use a damp cloth to just wipe them off.

These cuffs may be more expensive than some other cuffs, but I am very glad that I got these. I think the extra price was worth it for an excellent product.
