Pretty collar, but looks better on my cat!

If you're a petite person and into light BDSM, then this collar would make for a good beginning into the BDSM world. This item is very pretty and girlie, a nice alternative to the regular BDSM collar. Make sure to measure your neck before purchasing this item, as it would only fit someone who is petite to average in size. If you're a plus size, skip this item. In the end my cat is wearing it and it looks adorable. Once I lose more weight I will steal it back and wear it.

Use

If you're looking for a strong, but feminine collar then look elsewhere. This is a light-use bondage collar, and wouldn't stand up to heavy tugging or for the advanced in BDSM. Instead this collar is more for the sensual evenings to delight your senses, but only for someone who is petite in size. I am a plus size women, and the collar barely fits. I had to poke an additional hole in order for the collar to fit, but it was doable. The photos and description were not accurate, and the heart shaped silver charm came tarnished like it was already used.

I wore this collar once, and then decided to give it to my cat. Faux croc-skin patterned leather accentuates the pretty metallic pink color of this collar. This collar is a nice alternative to traditional BDSM black. Ten rounded clear studs frame a small O-ring in the center of the collar, ideal for slipping bondage ribbons through, or for clipping on a leash or charm. Keep in mind it's for light use, and not for the advanced in BDSM. The collar has soft leather backing, which makes this more comfortable. Metal buckle and 6 adjustment holes will fit this collar nicely onto necks measuring 12" through 16", petite in size. If you're a plus size, the collar might not fit.

Performance

Although this product is pretty and girlie, I was disappointed. The collar didn't fit until I added an additional hole, and the metal charm was already tarnished. The charm ended up falling off since it wasn't properly attached, and the product description and photos are not accurate. In the original description it says that there's 10 round pink studs, where they were actually clear/white. Not such a big deal, but a description and photos should be accurate.


When it comes to the strength of the product, I have to say that it was poor. Poor in the way that the charm fell off after the first use, and that when pulling with a leash it looked like the loop was gonna pop off. I ended up using this collar for my cat, which in the end worked out fine.

Care and Maintenance

Leather is a water resistant material with a high tensile strength and high resistance to tear. Usually used for harnesses and restraints it has high resistance to flexing and to puncture. Good heat insulator.


Dirt adhering to the leather can be removed with a damp cloth, using a mild soap if needed.

Since I've lost more weight, I can actually wear this collar now. It looks awesome, not just for in the bedroom but also out to a club. It drives my fiance wild when I wear it... I guess I have a little bit of a fetish of him walking me and dominating me while having it on. Now all I need is an awesome whip to go with it, or some funky decorative butt plug.

  • Which collar is this exactly?
    • I'm very confused as to which collar I will be purchasing if I get this one. I like what it looks like on the product page, but there seems to be something wrong, unless it was updated to match the pictures. Everyone's review describes this collar as a shiny pink collar, and that's even what shows in Miss Kay's video of the collar.

      Anyone know which collar this is exactly? Or in the very least, if it's not what is shown, the product page should definitely be updated.
    • Hmm, I have no experience with it so I can't really say. I'm hoping that somebody else who owns it will be able to come forward, but in the mean time you can submit a support ticket and somebody can check in the warehouse to see if the pictures need updating.

      Well, on the reviews it says that it is not the collar shown. But this was not showing up on the product listing in the collar section for a long time, then suddenly, it's there again. So I'm confused. I'll submit a support ticket though, I only didn't because I figured that maybe someone would know on the forums.
