My sub and I have used this toy in a few ways. In addition to clamping them on her breast and nipples, I have also clamped them to her vagina. Anyone from beginners to experienced partners can find a use for these nipple clamps due to the adjustable clamp. I have my sub wear these both during sex and also underneath her clothes (during the winter when she wears layers) during the day. Pulling them during the day and during sex and oral drives my sub wild. Also, to provide a tighter and more painful grip on her, we have experimented with removing one of the rubber covers to reveal a metal clamp. This greatly increases the pain inflicted as the metal underneath is an edge and could potentially draw blood.

The clamps and chain are made of metal, which has more than held up during strenuous play. The tips of the clamps themselves are covered in rubber to mediate how much pain is inflicted. Everything feels well made and I am especially a fan of the beaded chain which provides me a lot of grip during more intense sessions.

The design is very intuitive and the toy is easy to take on and off. The clamps strength can be adjusted to fit your partner's acceptable pain level--however, it does not go tighter than fully closed (or, it can only be made looser with the adjustments). It would work for any size breast or nipple.

You should clean this toy just like any other after use and store in somewhere where it will not get dirty.
