This rope was great, if you're not moving around a lot. However, when it was used to tie up my legs, it had come untied during the middle. This was extremely unfortunate. However, it happens, and you can stop and retie it, or just continue on. This is definitely for people new to BDSM. It is far too short for complex ties, but just tying your partner's arms together or to a bed is a great purpose for this rope.

I find that at first the rope is well made, when you pull it tight it is not going anywhere. However, when it's loose, it looks like it could easily fall apart. I believe however that the ends of the rope will fray after a few uses and the aglets will definitely fall off. A quick fix is duck tape, or clear nail polish covering the ends. However, as long as you keeps those together, the rope won't fall apart.

The nice soft feel of the black silk was great. For once a product that is called something, is actually made out of the same material, so yes, the rope is in fact made out of silk. It didn't leave too many marks, even when it was tied rather tightly. Which is always great, because it sucks to have rope marks on you for the rest of the day. The rope fits well, if you're small like me, however, with only ten or so feet of rope, if you're an average person, the only things that could get tied up are either your arms, or you legs, but definitely not both.

The product worked well. But again, it's more for a sensual night with your partner than to suspend someone in your basement and fuck the living hell out of. It would barely keep my legs tied together during sex, so a better application would definitely be tying up your partners arms or legs, to a headboard or a bar or whatever you please. Unless you were a boyscout at one time, or partake in BDSM a lot, you're not going to know the best ways to actually tie some one up. The booklet that came with the product, is only about safety while using the product. So you might want to do some research on good knots, or freshen up your knot-tying skills before using this product, or it could take a while to get your partner tied up.

I would definitely not put this in to a washer or dryer, the aglets would definitely fall off, and then the rope could fall apart easily. I would ever only hand wash this product. Storing the rope is no big thing. It can be wound up easily, due to length and thrown into your dresser, or hung up in your closet, or any other small hiding place. If it doesn't get too dirty, you could even hid it in plain sight, by using it as a house decoration.

The packaging for this product was very discreet. It was inside a brown box, which was inside the USPS box. After taking the rope out of the boxes, it was packaged in plastic and it was actually rather cute. There was a indent in the packaging, where the rope was wrapped around with the little safety booklet behind.There were not tying instructions in the booklet, but was all about safety and how you should never use this product with someone you don't trust.
