When trimming mine, I made sure to keep along with the gradual sizing as it was sent to me, just smaller and in a more realistic size.

Before I trimmed them, however, I went ahead and did a test of these on my own hand. I wanted to make sure I knew how to operate this before putting it on my man. No need to zap his member off.
