Show no restraint, just tie me up.
Anyone interested in light bondage or merely wanting to spice things up in the bedroom may be tempted to invest in these delicious restraints. They work quite well and look great while doing it. You'll look great while "doing it" too as you're tied up and at your lover's (or they at your) mercy.Published: January 17, 2011
Pros:
Beginner friendly, relatively classy and durable.
Cons:
Material isn't as soft as it could be, could use a little more length

The sash restraints have held up extremely well. With a good bit of wear and tear they are still going strong. I still recommend this for beginners looking to ease a partner into bondage and fantasy play. Although there are many more options available that could better suit your personal tastes and needs.

What is the best material to use for a first time starter on this type of play?

How sure are you that you'll enjoy it? I think some of the bondage rope is supposed to me more versatile and comfy overall. I remember seeing someone post about silk sashes being a little worse than rope for some reason, something about the silk bunching up? I don't remember the details. Rope and such would probable be better for experimenting than cuffs, though. There are more uses for rope in a common vanilla household than there are for cuffs...
