Dragon silk wrist restraints - wrist cuffs by Leatherbeaten - review by Masquerade Minx

The wrist restraints and ankle restraints are designed for low to medium bondage use; it will take a good amount of tugging, but not heavy tugging, over long periods of use.

They are comfortable and will not chafe.

Due to the design and general use of the item I would suggest home use with couples.

These aren't designed for decorating a bondage dungeon, no matter how beautiful they are.

My partner loves dragons, especially oriental ones, so these cuffs were perfect. Originally I wanted to get them in red and black, but they had sold out, so I chose the purple ones. I am actually really glad they had sold out, as the purple ones are lush!

The cuffs are truly beautiful and exquisite, better than the rest of my cuffs put together! The cuffs are made from thick leather backing the cuffs; you can tell just by looking at them the quality, the backing is so thick and padded. The leather feels soft and supple, being a big fan of the aroma of leather, I am pleased to say these smell divine.

The purple dragon design on the front is made from silk and feels luxurious. The purple dragon design is not quite as bright as the product photos. I prefer this, as it isn't as bright; it is still lush. Across the dragon design is a strip of leather that holds the d-clip in place. As soft and supple as the leather is, it covers a lot of the dragon silk design, which is a shame as it really is a gorgeous design. Metal rivets attach the padded leather backing, dragon silk design and the leather strip together; they feel very tough and well made.

The ankle cuffs are adjustable from 7 inches to 13.5 inches; the wrist cuffs are adjustable from 6 inches to 11.5 inches. They should fit most people unless you have exceptionally small or large ankles or wrists. Once on, they feel very comfortable. They don't rub or chafe your skin, even when worn for extended periods. Depending on how these cuffs are secured as to how effective and inescapable they are. When they are comfortably tight around your ankles and attached to a post, then you can't escape from them if you have wrist restraints as well.

You cannot wash these restraints as they are leather, you can however wipe them over with a wet wipe after each use and then use leather care supplies ever ten uses. These will keep your restraints in tiptop condition.

Was very simple, a plastic bag with a Leatherbeaten tag, that was all. I liked that it was cringe-free and easy to throw and not copious amounts, but for the price of the cuffs, I was expecting luxurious packaging.
