Slap & tickle kit - sensual kit by Nookii Toy - review by Ansley Agnello

The Slap & Tickle Kit arrived, much anticipated, on my doorstep one afternoon. When I caught sight of it after arriving home from a long and tedious day of work, I cradled it under my arm and eagerly pushed open the door. I sat down immediately, putting everything else aside, and examined it.

What I noticed upon opening The Slap & Tickle Kit was how attractive the packaging was; the artwork was cute and the tube design was creative. Studying it further, I laid out all of the contents of the satin package in front of me, feeling each carefully. I must admit, they felt nice to the touch. I placed the blindfold over my eyes, pulling it down far enough so that I wouldn't be able to peek through the space near my nose. The velcro-fastened wrist and ankle cuffs appeared, at first, too fragile to sustain rough activity, but it was surprisingly difficult to break free from the restraints once they secured my hands behind me.

Included inside the light BDSM kit were several cards which provided various scenarios and tips for using the restraints, blindfold, and feather tickler. There was also a small "Do Not Disturb" sign enclosed, which I thought was imaginative. It could easily come in handy during a hotel room excursion. My personal favorite aspect of the Slap & tickle kit, though, was the set of cards, which detailed Master and Apprentice scenarios as well as tips.

After my first time bringing kit into bed, I was both enthusiastic and disappointed. The whole idea of sensory-deprivation during sexual activity and the ability to heighten one's other senses sparked my interest, but I believe the Slap & tickle kit as a whole could've been much better. For example, more situations and information could have been offered. There also could have been more options, instead of the feathers alone. Perhaps some flogging toys? One would have created a more efficient and satisfactory slap.

All in all, the kit was a nice introduction to the wonders of sensory-deprivation, and I'd give it two out of five stars.
