It is easy to get into the Spartacus stretcher/divider. The 1/2 inch strap with the metal D-ring faces downward. Either I or my girlfriend will: Pull my testicles down with my left hand and wrap the leather around with my right hand, & then use both hands to snap the snaps. I then twist the stretcher so the lower divider strap will divide the balls. Then it is up & around for the cock ring strap.
