I really love these cuffs, and I am not usually a fan of soft bondage. The myriad of surfaces that these cuffs can be stuck to make them extremely versatile. These suction cup cuffs are surprisingly effective at keeping a submissive restrained. I am impressed at how secure the Velcro cuffs are, not being a fan of most types of soft bondage. The Velcro cuff holds tightly and securely whether dry or wet, submerged or just splashed. The neoprene lining makes these comfortable cuffs to wear and prevents Velcro chaffing.
These cuffs are marketed as being versatile and able to be used on any polished smooth surface, and that is the truth. Whether used in the shower, bath, or pool, or on furniture, windows, smooth hardwood floors, or what have you, these cuffs keep them where you put them. The suction cup is more stable (staying where you put it) when dry, but yet is more prone to pop off. Conversely, if placed on a wet surface or below the surface of water they have a tendency to slide about, though are even less likely to pop off. Finding a working balance between wet and dry can be a bit of a challenge, but not without its rewards.
The neoprene lining is 11" long and just under 2" wide, allowing for any sized wrist to be secured comfortably. There is a 5" long Velcro securing strap at 1" wide, keeping the submissive bound tightly and securely. The suction cup has a 3.25" diameter bell, providing very powerful suction to smooth surfaces. Neoprene is reported to be a safe material and can be easily cleaned by wiping down with soapy water.
Though I have not yet been able to use these cuffs in the way I had hoped before this review went up, I am very hopeful that I'll have an opportunity to do it for my updated review. How do I intend to use these? I'll leave that as a surprise.

From the reviews it sounds like they hold really well, as long as they're stuck to a flat surface. I read that they cannot be load bearing though. Hope that helps! :)
