If you are looking for a sweet surrender for you and your lover I strongly suggest you invest in this sash. Unlike the bondage ropes this will not give you uncomfortable rope burn or irritation when tied to tightly.
This "rope" isnt harsh or uncomfortable like real ropes.

These gorgeous silky violet ties are awesome! I love the sexy packaging and they're in my favorite color! The included instruction sheet was helpful for us newbies. I like that they're sexy and simple and not too intimidating. I love the extra long length of each tie as well as the nicely finished angled edges at the ends. I highly recommend picking up two sets or more. I'm really impressed with the quality and now I want more from the Black Rose collection!

Surrender to the silk and allow yourself to be restrained in luxury. This tie will not crush or become so tightly knotted that it will need to be cut off. This is also not a tie you'll want to cut. For just some creative bondage or small area binding this 10 foot piece of silk rocks! For larger binding you might want to order two to possibly three of these ties.

If regular rope isn't pretty enough, Doc Johnson has a solution for you. The silk tie will work for a variety of bondage positions and ties. You won't want to cut it, it's not the most restrictive and it won't be long enough for some bondage. However, it's an attractive addition to your BDSM routine.

This item is worth the price and great for rope and BDSM newbies who are just getting into buying toys and are on a tight budget. The rope is made of cotton, not the advertised silk (which is silly! just put cotton). It seems fairly durable but I haven't washed it yet. I'm disappointed that it did come frayed in a few parts, but for the price and quality I can over look it.

We bought the Fetish Fantasy Japanese silk rope a few months ago to spice things up and experiment with, but the rope is actually cotton not silk.

I like this rope a lot. It's cheap, colorful, and even came with a blindfold which was quite the surprise. For advanced users, you'll probably be left wanting, but if you're a beginner just looking to experiment, you'll love this colorful stuff.

I struggle to say that the Fetish Fantasy Japanese Silk Rope is a good option for beginners. While it is very affordable if you decide to keep playing with rope bondage then you'll be replacing this set fairly soon. There is a huge margin for improvement on the quality of this rope.

I really should have listened more to the more critical reviews because we already have a taste for rope and use it. Next time I'll put money towards quality rope that can be used for suspensions or rougher play, because this rope won't cut it for me in the long run. Don't get me wrong, this rope has been fun and all, but for my taste, I prefer something that feels a little bit more substantial. I do think beginners will enjoy this rope, but confirmed ropers and beyond please move on!

The disadvantage of this rope is that it is NOT silk. It's cotton, which is, in some cases, better than rope. However, upon opening the box I noticed that part of the rope was frayed and that the ends were not finished. Overall, the quality was not the best that you could get for bondage rope, but the best you can get for the price.

I'm sure there's better rope out there. However, for the price, this rope beats anything you'll find at the hardware store. And, if you're willing to do a little bit of work yourself, there's plenty to cut into shorter lengths if you want. For me, this is my favorite rope out of the ones we have, and I plan to buy some more to make shorter lengths out of very soon.

The Fetish Fantasy Series Japanese Rope is a great buy for the price. It is lightweight, but also sturdy. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it for suspension due to the material and build of the rope. The rope is made out of cotton, so it is not hot while bound. The length of the rope (35 feet) is enough for a wide variety of play.

If you're looking for a colorful way to tie up your partner, wrap yourself or tie the both of you together, the Japanese Silk Rope will suffice in most scenarios. While it won't hold up to hardcore BDSM play, this is a wonderful rope for the basics. While I highly doubt it's real Japanese silk and the threads can come loose, I'd still recommend it without hesitation. It's a product that, when using your imagination, you can come up with quite some interesting ways to enjoy this.

Overall I would say for the price it's worth it, but if you're looking for strong rope to keep your lover in place, you should look somewhere else. This rope is great for beginners, but may be a let-down for people who are big into bondage. I like this rope quite a lot. I have another rope but it is made from cotton. I thought that one was fine and dandy and plenty soft, until I tried this silk rope out. The Silk Rope is almost plushy. I'm also really happy with the color. I think the black just looks so cute and sexy.

For the price, this is a pretty good deal for silk rope. The shiny silk makes for very comfortable and visually appealing bondage. I love using this for Japanese rope bondage techniques because my knots stand out and look gorgeous. It's not bulky. It doesn't chafe or leave rope burn. It's also pretty cheap. If you're one of the kinky kids out there, you need some of this right now.

Overall, I'd say this 35' rope is a reasonable value for the money. It is great for beginners and the fact that it comes in several colors makes it fun for photos and play parties. I would not recommend this rope for suspension, due to the relatively poor quality (it arrived frayed).

In terms of its performance, this rope is wonderful as it does everything a novice to an intermediate bondage enthusiast would want it to do. Yet the quality control on the product is poor, with mid-rope frays and poorly sealed ends mucking things up. These issues don't seem to affect the performance, fortunately, but they could cause problems for some users.

Although I was a little bit disappointed that there were frays in my rope, I am still very happy with it. It is fun to play with and ideal for comfortably tying someone up in a huge number of ways. The fraying at the ends is understandable, and I would have given this product 4 stars if that were the only issue, but since there is fraying in the middle of the braiding of the rope, I have to give it a lower rating.

4/5 Although a few things did bother me about this rope--the biggest thing being the fact that it's not real silk--I do think it makes a nice introductory rope for me to bondage. I bought this rope to experiment with bondage and mix things up, and I was disappointed at first because of the rope's cosmetic defects. It looked almost used right out of the package. Even though the rope I received has flaws, it's still a comfortable rope and it should hold up to whatever we can throw at it in the bedroom.

No more sticky mess is my FAVORITE part, and there are no after-marks. It's easy to remove by peeling or cutting, and there's a lot of tape for a lot of play. A lot of people say they want to reuse there tape, so I put that there, but I wouldn't reuse anyway.

This is a fun product for people that are just getting into bondage as well as those that have been into it for a long time, it's easy to use and looks great on anyone or anything. I love that it's reusable too; it's a lot more environmentally friendly than using and tossing out regular tape.
Pretty much the only downside is that it isn't a secure as rope bondage or other kinds of bondage can be and using it in water is essentially almost not an option.

This is a fun, inexpensive and extremely versatile product, especially for people who want to dabble in S/M- it's cheaper than cuffs, and safer and easier to use than rope. This tape can be used for bondage, gags, blindfolds, mummifying and more- the sky's the limit. The only drawback is it can be tricky to use- the tape must be held absolutely flat and tight while wrapping in order to stick to itself. It's supposedly reusable, though may be more trouble than it's worth to clean and respool it.

Bondage tape is as useful in the bedroom as duct tape is outside of it. I was really impressed with the stickiness of this tape, and the lack of stickiness when applied to the skin. It's super easy to use and has as many uses as you can possibly think up! Compared to the other kinds I've used, this type is high quality, and much more shiny and attractive looking. Another perk of the tape is that with some effort you can tear it (I used my fingernails), but it's still strong enough to keep your lover restrained. This is a wonderful set. The cuffs are for beginners only, but the rest is very strong and durable for any level. You can leave this on your bed, remove the cuffs, and tuck the tethers under the mattress. If you like to take your play on the road, this is travel friendly. I was surprised to find how much my girlfriend and I liked these tethers. We haven't experimented much with bondage, and I simply didn't expect immobilizing her wrists to change the game as much as it did. However, our fun with the tethers depended largely on another product, the Spartacus locking wrist restraints. If you own or plan to buy a nice pair of cuffs, these tethers are a great purchase. If not, I'd recommend bondage rope or a set that comes with cuffs.

If you're looking for some good, simple tethers I don't think you can beat this set from Sportsheets. The clasps are secure but easy to use and they're fully adjustable. Whatever you're looking to do restraint wise these tethers make it possible. They're compatible with any type of cuff that has a ring.

They can easily be adjusted to as long as 48 inches in length, and the swivel snap clasp had no issues fastening around anything that I attached them to. The nylon straps are tough, and I have complete faith that they will hold up very well, no matter how rough your play gets. They are very easy to tighten down or release and the adjustable buckle doesn't slip like some cheaper models do...

If small beds or discretion are your problems, this set solves them. Not the strongest materials in the world, but they held up surprisingly well to not just me, but my boyfriend as well. I doubt that many people would buy these if one of both people are only into soft-core bondage, but I will say that they are great for if the person being bound is only soft-core into it. And hard-core users would probably enjoy it too.
It is comfortable and not hard to adjust, the cuffs are detachable, and you can use the cuffs from the top and bottom or from the sides. Just make sure you tuck it under your mattress if you don't live alone!

If you are thinking about buying any type of restraints I would look long and hard at this system. The cuffs can be used separate for uses outside the bedroom. Stores under the mattress so it is always available for use. Overall as a married couple we really like this product and can be enjoyed equally be either sex.

This item is ingenious! I love that someone without bedposts can tie their partner up, however; be warned that this product is a light bondage toy. It will not work for suspension or for rougher bondage play. I could go on and on about how great it is and all the different types of positions and scenes you could play out with it, but I would just be parroting the other brilliant reviews already posted on this product... Instead I need to address a couple of key points that I don't think I saw anywhere else… One of which was how we “customized” this restraint system to not only restrain ankles and wrists, but my thighs as well via the use of an extra set of tethers and thighcuffs...

If you need some discreet bondage, this is right up your alley. It's easy to put on, easy to take off, holds tough even with rougher play, and works with a wide assortment of bed sizes. The set was also made to be used with other bondage sets you own as well.

This affordable product did give us a legitimate BDSM experience. These were the first restraints I have ever used, amd I found them to be a fantastic introduction. I love how there's plenty of length and width. The fabric is silky, but not quite luxurious, because instead of being soft high quality silk, these are made of Nylon. The silky fabric is both a pro and con: it feels great against skin, but knots/ties can work themselves free when pulled with about medium strength.

I'm pretty impressed! The rope is so comfortable, and I already love using it as much as possible with my new girlfriend. At 32 feet, it's pretty long, although it could be a bit longer and thicker for more uses (I'll just have to buy more!). I am disappointed, however, at the lack of color choices and that I had to tie the ends myself instead of the rope coming ready to go.

If you want to use something nice but you're not ready to spend $40 on rope, this is an excellent choice. It may not be the best craftsmanship, but it has an excellent texture, it's extremely secure, it's beautiful and it's easy to clean. Although it took a lot of practice and even more patience, this rope has taken our bondage to a whole new level.

I don't have a point of comparison, but I really enjoyed this product. It appears to be high quality rope that will last a long time. I am not sure how to wash it, as the packaging did not have instructions. I plan to spend a lot of time with the rope, being tied and hopefully doing some of my own tying.
It's very soft. No rope burns!!
The ends are not finished off. I think over time they will fray a lot and need to be trimmed down.

I decided to give the Japanese bondage rope 5 stars because it is such a great product and a wonderful addition to anyones collection. The rope is very smooth which doesn't cause chafing making this an all around great experience and product. The rope is rather long so it has plenty of room to tie victim thoroughly but length gets in the way as well. Rope is soft and will hold up against tugging. Cleaning may be an issue. A nylon rope might feel even better than the cotton one but it works fine

I really liked this bondage tape. I'd never used any before, so I was wary of it, but upon playing all night with it, I honestly enjoyed it a great deal. Great for beginners and light bondage, this tape sticks only to itself. It does not stick to skin, and thus doesn't rip out hair. There's plenty in a roll so you can use it over and over again.
I was most impressed with the fact that the glue in this tape does not rip out body hair.

The doggie style straps take most of the work off of the person being supported by the strap. I do not mind that of course! I can rest my arms while giving my partner complete control of the strap. It gives that partner a great position for deeper thrusting and access to the g-spot.

I like his hands on me better than I like using this strap, which requires his hands to be touching nylon, not me. We don't feel like the strap had anything more to offer our sexual experiences, so this is best for couples who can't already go rough and deep using their hands and bodies. I found this comfortable, but not easy to clean. It gets uncomfortable over time due to the fabric rubbing.
