Slim and sexy restraints by Sinvention - review by Jenna.J.Ross

I've been restrained before, but nothing compared to the Slim and Sexy Restraints by Sinvention. These restraints are beautifully created, and very comfortable. Designed to be wrist restraints, I found they could also worked for my ankles. These are locking restraints and would probably best serve a more advanced user. The restraints can be hooked together, with a connector, and used as cuff, hooked over a ceiling hook for suspension play, or used separately with an in bed restraint system.

Made from fine leather and welded metal, these restraints not only look wonderful, but will last you and your partner a long time. The band is crafted from two types of leather. The interior is softer, like a lazy boy chair; while the outer portion is made of a thicker more durable leather, like a ridding crop. The two leathers are stitched together with a thick thread which I found to be very sturdy. The cuffs also come with a nice leather smell to them, which I love. I have these restraints in black on black, Sinvention offers them in two other colors on their website, black on red and red on black. I have the small wrist restraint and it will fit 5.5 to 8 inches. Sinvention also offers two other sizes on there website; the medium ankle restraints which will fit 7 to 11 inches, and the large bicep restraint fitting 10 to 15 inches. There are 5 holes along the cuffs, allowing you to pick the ideal sizing for yourself by placing the small metal post through the hole (similar to a belt). Once you pick which hole you prefer, you can keep the cuffs in place by using a lock, or twist tie, through the hole in the post.

These cuffs fit me well, both when used on my wrist, and on my ankles. My partner on the other hand, could only fit them on his wrists and also found them to be very comfortable. These restraints don't scream cuffs, but are not discreet enough to be left out if you live with a roommate.

For me and my partner these are the perfect restraints. They are easy to operate, and can be used in a variety of situations. We used twist ties during the first use, and locks for the second use, and did not notice a significant difference between the two. We connected the cuffs together the first time we used them, and placed them on both my wrists and ankles. He also used them, but only on his wrists. The second time we used these cuffs, we attached them individually to our in bed restraint system and our wrists. These are durable restraints, and no matter how we twisted or pulled they stayed exactly how they were placed and were very comfortable. The Slim and Sexy Restraints are fast becoming our favorite restraints, and we use them often when we want to spice things up in the bedroom.

These restraints come with a little tag that includes information about Sinvention. These cuffs come with a life-time warranty, and are collector quality. The company is also based out of a 125 year old Gothic church in Canada, which I found to be very cool bit of information. I do wish that locks were included with the restraints.
