Tickle or Dust...you decide.

I suggest this for someone who is wanting to try a tickler. Since it is cheaper it's not a huge loss if you don't like it. I mean worse comes to worse, you can always dust the house with it!

Use

Anyone with half an imagination could find something to do with this. You could use it as a prop for an outfit, as a tickler, hell you could even dust your house with it. Oh wait, that could be part of your maid outfit! It is not the most exciting toy out there but it is a nice little addition to any night.

Design / Craftsmanship / Size / Material / Features

This is a very basic tickler. However, with that said, it is pretty sturdy. I tugged on the handle and feathers and nothing came apart. Not even one feather budged.

The wrist strap is 6" long. The feathers are a variety of lengths with the longest one measuring in at 7", making for a total length of 13". The feathers are very soft and there is a VERY light dye smell. I mean I had to literately tickle my nose sniffing it to even notice it.

There is no "handle" just a strap (mentioned above). In a way that is nice, it makes it fold up smaller for storage.

Performance

This pretty little fuchsia & black feather tickler definitely does the job it was made for. That could be because I am extremely ticklish. I'm not sure if it would have the same effect on someone who wasn't.
    • Good for teasing

Care and Maintenance

This requires no cleaning. You cannot get it wet! Well, at least I wouldn't. I would say keep it away from any lubes or you might just have a horrible mess.

I just have mine folded up in a plastic baggie to make sure that it stays away from any lubes and stays clean.

I suggest keeping it completely dry though, since the feathers are dyed I was a little concerned about the color bleeding. I didn't get it wet (didn't want to ruin it), so I don't know if that is a valid concern.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

It just comes in a plastic baggie with a tag stapled onto the wrist strap. nothing special.

Personal comments

This seems pretty well made for how inexpensive it is. I was tugging on the feathers and nylon strap handle and nothing fell out or seemed like it was going to anytime soon.
Follow-up commentary
I will be looking for a better tickler. This is not bad or falling apart, it just looks cheap and small to me. For a first time tickler, it definitely did the job but I will be upgrading soon.
