These premium Aslan Leather Jaguar wrist cuffs are perfect for both beginner bondage and advanced users. Though I would not recommend them for suspension or extreme play, they are perfect for light and heavy play in bondage and BDSM fun. They are comfortable and durable, and you never have to worry about hurting your wrists or the leather. They can be worn on their own for show to compliment clothing or lingerie or even your naked bod, or can be linked together via the nickle plated steel D-rings to create locking cuffs - as close or as far apart as you wish with anything you have at hand to use: rope, chain, locks, silk robes, etc. They allow the users freedom to experiment and explore themselves and each other, and to gain the trust and comfort that is essential to bondage and BDSM.

The Jaguar wrist cuffs are made from premium leather - Canadian I might add and we chuckled when we saw the "Made in Canada" since this is where we are, and thought it was kind of funny that we purchased a Canadian product from an American website and had to pay shipping. The leather is extremely soft and comfortable, with only a slight smell to them. Though they were a little stiff the first time I wore them, they have since become less stiff with wear. There are no rough edges to bruise or puncture the skin, and can be worn for long periods of time. I have even slept with them on after an exhausting night of play. And we have even talked about me wearing them out for a night to a bar, if I had the right wardrobe to match them - they are that comfortable and stylish! They do not look or feel cheap at all, and with the price of them I am grateful for that! Leather is also waterproof but we have yet to try them out in the shower, and the safety scout in me is unsure of this anyway.

The cuffs are 12 inches long and 2 inches wide, and fit even my very small and dainty wrists as the heavy bridle strap and buckles are adjustable. The left over material fits comfortable under the strap and does not affect how they feel against my wrists. I bet they would even fit my equally tiny ankles, or even my thicker wristed boyfriend. They are very easy to put on and take off, and I could even do it on my own if need be.

The nickle plated steel D-rings make the cuffs very easy to convert to locking cuffs. Personally, we just went to the local hardware store and picked up some regular chain and locks and have been using those to connect my wrists via the cuffs - as close or as far apart as we wish. This makes for variety in using the cuffs! They can be used with tethers and hooked up to ankle cuffs or furniture; as restrained as you want - they are so versatile! Backed with Aslan's lifetime guarantee, I am completely confident in the cuffs durability and do not think we will ever have to replace them. I am not afraid that the D-rings are going to break and am able to pull or fight them as much as I wish, without hurting myself or the cuffs.

With these cuffs, all my fantasies have come to life! I am able to be completely bonded and still be comfortable - or as comfortable as I can be, since bondage is never 100% comfortable - but isn't that the point?! They are extremely durable and I am not afraid that the leather or the D-rings are going to break or even hurt me, as I would be with other cheaper, less dependable brands or material. They are extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of ways with other products, such as spreaders, tethers, straps, etc. - they are perfect for safe experimentation.

We chose the red and black Jaguar wrist cuffs to add a little colour to our BDSM fun, and hope to one day get ankle cuffs and a collar and leash to match. The red is not bright at all and is very dark and sensual, complimenting the black.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I both cannot remember receiving the tag that others have mentioned their cuffs coming with. Regardless, leather is easy to care for in general - soap, mild water, make sure it dries completely, clear nail polish to correct damages, do not store in direct sunlight to avoid fading, and leather conditioner is available.
