Y-Style clamps with clit clamp - sex toy by Spartacus - review by Holly Hox

These Y-style nipples clamps are great for beginners, as they are adjustable. The rubber tips are there to help with grip, and to protect from the metal clamp itself. I am a beginner myself, so I can't say with certainty that these clamps are great for a more experienced user, but I imagine since they are adjustable they would work for just about anyone.

The clit clamp is exactly the same as the nipple clamps, and can be used in conjunction with the nipple clamps, or alone.

The clamps and chains are metal, so they are VERY cold. That was one thing that really didn't get better for me. The chill on the chain sort of takes away from the experience a bit for me.

The chains feel sturdy when pulled on and the metal is not easily bent. While the price is low, I do think this product is well made.

The chains are just too long for me. I am short (5'1") and generally things are pretty close together on my body. The excess chain really got in the way for me. I think for someone taller or larger these would work better. I wish that I could take the clamps off the chain to use them - and I am sure that if I got out a pair of pliers I could manipulate the metal ring that attaches the clamps itself to the chain enough to remove the clamp.

The clamps are much easier to use with a partner than alone. I had trouble working the tension screws while the clamps were in place. Really though, the clit clamp is just too difficult regardless. If you are even the least bit wet (which, let's be honest, is pretty hard to avoid if you are in a situation to use the clamps in the first place) then the clit clamps does not want to stay on at all. I/we tried adjusting the tension screw to different settings before trying to put it on the clit and it just wouldn't work. The rubber tips got too slick with the wetness and slid right off no matter what we did. I dried myself off a bit and applied it and got it to stay once, but after a short time it was too uncomfortable. Perhaps someone with more experience with clit clamps would have a better time with this one.

I have larger nipples than the picture on the packaging shows, and I think that nipples size probably does make a difference here. The clamps just don't quite seem to be able to hold my entire nipple - and that is really frustrating.

The stay on my nipples pretty decently if they aren't being pulled on too much. The rubber tips on the metal clamp do like to come off, though. I can wear them for 15 minutes or so before they start to become pretty uncomfortable.
