The Whip!
The Viper Tongue by Spartacus is a vicious little fork tongued devil! This whip is designed to inflict a sharp stinging bite with little effort, making it not so great for beginners. This would be used in BDSM impact play to inflict pain on the lucky, or not so lucky depending on the person, submissive who enjoys such play. This whip can be used most anywhere on the body you'd desire keeping in mind that it can cause a lot of pain if used too hard or in an overly sensitive area. Even when swinging this gently and carefully you will still feel the bite of this viper as it strikes flesh, certainly very enjoyable for both sadist and masochist.

The Details!
The leather is nice and thick with smoothly cut edges and that wonderful leather smell! Total length of this whip is approx 22", with 16" of that being the split leather that makes up the forked tongue portion. The split sections are about 1" wide each and taper down to .5cm at the end making the ends the part with the most sting. The handle is 5" of doubled over and stitched together leather that is about 1.75" wide, not the most comfortable to hold which is why I'm taking 1 star away from the rating. Even though not much effort was put into making a comfortable handle it is a very sturdy, well made one with perfect stitching. There is even a large metal "D"-ring at the end of the handle making it convenient to hang up with the rest of my gear keeping it within easy reach.

The Care!
Being that this is made almost entirely of leather you will want to be careful in how you clean it. Avoid getting it wet if you can, spot cleaning if necessary with a slightly damp rag and very mild soap or leather soap. Be sure that it is completely dry after cleaning so the leather doesn't ruin or get out of shape. Being that it is so stiff upon arrival you may want to get some leather conditioner to treat it with, maybe soften it up a little faster. As stated earlier I prefer to hang my toys like this up to store them, but this is small enough that it could be placed in a drawer if needed as well.

This is still a very fun and well made item. The leather has held up well with very little signs of wear and it has loosened up nicely so its not as stiff and is easier to swing. My Mister and I really enjoy the sting and marks left with this one.
