The jock strap has the same basic design as one you would have worn during sports. The band that goes around the hips is like a giant spandex band a bit wider than a regular jock strap. The cup isn't cotton. Instead it is a slightly silky feeling nylon. The only addition to this jock strap is the two spandex band tubes attached at the back for the wrists to go through. There are two thin spandex straps that go on the sides of your backside.

I wear size 32 or 33 waist pants and a medium boxer brief. These fit me around the hips just fine. Guys who wear a large, might find them uncomfortable around the hips, but they do stretch a lot. Since the cup has two layers, I thought there would a place for me to slide into. I was wrong. The cup is simply that. When i was not hard, the cup fit my member and my boys in there just barely. I wish they told you how to actually clean it since elastic can be hard to maintain.
