I absolutely love the Japanese Silk Love Ropes! I really don't have a complaint for them. The only thing I would like is if they would offer a shorter version of the ropes for more restricted play! I love how comfortable the ropes are on my wrists. They are easy to get out of, so if you want to have no chance of your partner getting out of them, you might want to look at a different form of restraint. The silk makes a world of difference than a normal rope. It's nice not having to worry about burns, especially if your partner drives you so crazy your pulling on them. They worked very well for what I purchased them for if not better! You can use the ropes in many ways and on male or females. It just depends on what you're in the mood for. We normally wrap the ropes around the headboard since its a rustic metal and there is room to wrap them. We've also used them on my ankles. I think its great to have at least 2 sets of them. That way you can put them on your wrists and ankles or tie yourselves together!

My boyfriend and I have used the ropes alone, with blindfolds and other toys. He absolutely loves it when I'm in a helpless state. Hell, I absolutely love it. I also like them for when I take charge. It's just really sexy to see him all tied up. I get joy out of it when I'm giving him head and he can't do anything about it!

My ropes are actually purple, which is always fun. If you need to clean them, its quite easy. I just spot clean them mostly and if I have to really clean anything, I use normal dish soap and lukewarm water.
