If you're into pain play, and floggers, this is a great toy for you. This is no beginner flogger though, so I don't really suggest this for people who have never used a flogger before. The barbed wire may not be "real", but it still delivers a brutal sting. I'm pretty obsessed with floggers, so I just had to grab this one when I saw it was back in stock.

I'm a bit of a pain slut as well, so when I saw "barbed-wire" I knew I was going to love it. This toy is perfect to the masochist who just wants to squirm, or the sadist who wants to make you squirm. This flogger can definitely leave bruises and welts though, and there's also a possibility this could break skin if it's swung too hard. If you're iffy about pain, or just like it a little bit, don't buy this. This is for the people who want to scream and writhe under their Master, Dom, Top, or whatever titles you may use.

I'd definitely say this is for advanced users and heavy play. If you're looking for a light flogging try to find another toy, because this isn't for the faint of heart.

This is an insanely sexy flogger. The falls are a combination of your normal flogger falls, and some that are designed to be a slightly less harsh barbed-wire. It's not as brutal as the metal fencing material, but it's definitely pretty harsh. Half of the falls are made of red suede. They're about 1/4" wide each. They're cut with straight ends, which usually makes a thudding sensation, however the barbed-wire gives this a nice sting. The end of the barbed-wire is cut to a bit of a point, to make them really hurt. I can't find anything that tells what the barbed-wire falls are made of, but it seems like they're made of some kind of plastic-like material.

The falls are a little over a foot long. There's about 50 falls in total on the flogger, 12 of which are the barbed-wire falls. Since there's so many, this is a pretty heavy flogger. This makes it pretty easy to swing, but you have to be careful, since it's so heavy. It's easy to swing this a lot harder than you mean to.

The handle is about 6-7" long. It has braided red and black leather covering it. It's a very pretty handle, and has a strap on the end to hang this flogger up if you'd like.

This is really made beautifully. I couldn't find a single flaw anywhere. The barbed-wire is twisted beautifully, with braiding in-between the barbs. My husband was swinging this all over the place when we first got it, and accidentally hit his own face with it. Luckily he didn't hit hard, but you need to be seriously careful with this toy. It can leave some pretty nice welts and some damn sexy bruises. If you're not into marks, pass this toy up.

I can't stress enough how hard-core this flogger is. As I said before, I'm a pain-slut. I wanted this because I knew it would leave me squirming. My husband was just playing around with it, and swung it at my ass. Even though it was just a little play swing, it still caused quite a sting.

This toy will probably cause welts and bruises when you use it, and may even draw blood. It hasn't on me yet, but I'm sure there's a good chance it could split your skin. So if you're not interested in having marks everywhere then you probably shouldn't use this. It's probably my new favorite toy. I definitely wouldn't use this as a beginner because it's definitely intimidating.

This toy is definitely exactly what I was hoping for. I definitely plan on buying more hard-core toys like this soon.

This toy has a nice sting to it if you swing it hard enough. If you just do a light swing though, it could be almost a thud, but the sharp barbed-wire ends cause a nice pleasant sting.

Suede shouldn't be washed with water, because it can be ruined. You should use a suede cleaner. You could use a damp cloth to clean the rest of the toy with caution to not get the suede wet.

I store this in my toybox with the rest of my toys. You could also hang it up though, because it has a loop on the end.

This toy is everything I was hoping it would be. I was looking for something that would cause quite a bit of pain. I have four other floggers, and while they're all wonderful, they don't really do it for me. This one drives me wild. I'm always disappointed after a session when I don't have any marks, but I definitely don't have to worry about that anymore. I'm so beyond happy with this toy.
